Registering for online banking was difficult as Co-op seemed to not understand that my name has a hyphen (despite it being how they address my emails), but I have finally managed it. The site is rubbish.

I applied and added my bank details for the switch on 18th Jan, and got confirmation yesterday of the account details. Now I've logged in I can't see anything about the switch. I'm worried that I fall into the gap of not having got the switch arranged before the offer ended, and not getting up to 16th Feb to arrange this. I've sent a secure message to them, so I will see what comes back. Very frustrating all round.

The first thing you see in online banking about the switch is when your money and your DDs/SOs have been transferred. This is not unique to the COOP but the same at all banks.

If you want to reconfirm that your switch request is in the pipeline, and you haven't got email or text confirmation for it, you could call them and ask.

No nothing via email or text, which was more my point, which I should have specified. I also cant see anything to request a switch on the site. I'll wait to see if they respond via secure message, I don't really have time to spend on the phone

I sent a message via online banking this morning to ask about mine and just got a generic response saying it can take several days for the switch request to go through the system and they would send me a letter when they start it.

Which told me nothing at all. And, I think, fibbed a bit about the letter (I'm expecting, in the first place, a text not a letter, as that's what other existing customers have reported). And also fibbed a bit about the process, referring to applying for a switch via online banking, when actually existing customers have to fill in a switch form via Adobe, not apply within online banking. Online maybe, but not online banking.

Anyone having issues trying to register for online banking?  Tried on various browsers/devices and it just loops back to the enter username/password etc after inputting first registration details - name/DOB/sort/Ac numbers...?

There is no chance to create username/PW etc?!?
have you had a coop account with online banking in the past, i had that happen initially, however eventually got a strange message about details not found with that.   However it turns out that i had old online banking registration against already -  I still had old online banking info for a coop account closed a couple of years ago, and that still works, logged in all ok now and apparently reason i couldn't register was because technically i already was from a number of years ago.  can see the new account ok today on there and have applied for the new savings account as well via the app so am just waiting for that to be opened now

Debit card arrived, sticker on it saying to call 03457 212 212 to register a Visa Secure password if I want to shop online. Never encountered that before.

...and with a wait time of over 20 minutes on the phone I think I'll leave that one for now. I'm only looking to tee up my debit card deposits to YBS/Skipton etc. - don't ever recall being prompted for a 3DS/Verified by Visa password with these sites anyway.
Edit: https://www.ybs.co.uk/help/online/verified-by-visa-and-mastercard-securecode at least says you need to be enrolled in the scheme... presumably some banks do this automatically and with the Co-op you need to call.

I couldn't see anything in online banking about the switch and I have not received any confirmation by text or email, so I gave them a call. 20 minute wait to get through, but it didn't matter as I just put my phone on speaker and  was able to do other things whilst I was waiting. They confirmed the switch will complete on 8th Feb.

No, never - tried on various 'incognito' browsers - PC, phone - just loops back.  Tried calling but mega long waits as you'd imagine.  I will keep trying.
