Question regarding the double cashback - if you’ve received the double cashback for January is that indicative that you’re definitely getting the switch bonus? And if you haven’t got the extra cashback, you won’t?

Possibly. If you didn't get the double cashback did you get a previous switching bonus since October 2022?

I did get double cashback. Mrs didn’t. We both got the oct 22 incentive!

That's interesting. I got the Oct 22 incentive as well but didn't get the double cashback. I just put it down to that. I guess we'll just have to wait and see what happens.

I still haven't received the double cashback yet. Do the dates for the second payment vary or should I definitely have received it by now? Thanks.

You should have received January's double cashback by the 20th February, most received both on the 8th.

Have you received a switching incentive from TSB since October 2022?

I've also not received double cashback, only the first payment. Never had a switch bonus from TSB before, so don't think that's the reason why.

Yeah, it seems quite random, some have received it some haven't. Some have received it who have received an incentive in the past, some haven't. Some (like you) haven't received it and haven't received an incentive in the past.

I got one on the 8th but nothing since. I don't think I've ever received a switching bonus from TSB, I know I haven't been with them since 2020.

I'll message them and see what they say.

I got one on the 8th but nothing since. I don't think I've ever received a switching bonus from TSB, I know I haven't been with them since 2020.

I'll message them and see what they say.

They said they would raise it as a complaint and get the relevant team to have a look so anyone else in the same situation, it might be best to send them a message.
