I received the double cashback bonus on the 8th February (£5 then £5) so I take it I won’t receive the next bonus payment until the 8th of March at the earliest?

In general TSB payout Spend & Save fivers around the 8th each month, but work on the assumption it won't be there until March 21st (as the terms allow).

Going to do the 20*£1 at Amazon again, wondering what would be the earliest you would do it to come out 1st Mar or later? as I want something from Amazon

I personally wouldn't do any earlier than the 27th (2 working days). But if you're buying something regardless, it's not like you'd be losing much if you 'missed' and had to redo in March is it?

Doing 20*£1 is a bit of a pain but worth it, but want to avoid 40*£1  so decided on the 27th  or 28th. So decided to check if the transaction can turnaround in two days, If that was the case I'd wait till the 28th

If you send them a message they'll sort it out for you and also confirm you've met all the switching criteria if you ask.

I've set mine to auto top-up from the 1st. I turn it off on the 20th and set it to start on the 1st again. It's a lot easier.

2 working days is the shortest turnaround I've seen for an Amazon txn on TSB. Other txns do settle quicker though so no guarantees - I think the way Amazon do an authorise and capture separately means they take longer to fully settle than other merchants who do the two as one at the time of transaction.

I just phoned them and queried the other £5 bonus cashback.  Was told it will be in before the end of the month, and I asked if I'm getting the £125, and was advised that yes, it will be in my account between 20 and 29 March.
