My extra £5 cashback for February didn't materialise either!

Message them in the app. I did and they said they'd send it. Received it the day after.

I've been using the card for normal spending (rather than 20x small payments) and I've reached 21 separate payments (all now cleared as of yesterday/today), made two direct debit payments (with a third pending). Can anyone clarify when I should expect the 2x £5 payments? Is it by the end of February or the first week in March? Thanks.

I messaged them about mine and was told that the second £5 is paid at the end of the month, usually on the last day. So I'll have to wait until then and possibly get back to them at the end of the week.
  • Weird, as I received my double cashback on the same day, 8th feb!

I managed to get in touch with chat support who told me that...

"Cashback will be paid to your account by the 20th of the next calendar month as two separate payments of £5, if you've met the criteria. For example, for payments made in February 2024 cashback will be paid by 20th March 2024."

I asked if this was always the case, or if payments are made early in a month is casback paid the same month, and was told...

"Cashback is always paid the following month regardless of whether you meet the criteria before the end of the month"

So anyone who has already had the February cashback, you guys are doing well! Unless they've changed their cashback dates because of so many people signing up for the account. Just thought I'd share with people!
  • That's interesting as when I queried why I only received £5 I was told by one of their chat agents that the £5 cashback is paid between the 8th and 20th of the following month and the extra £5 is paid after the 20th, usually on the last day of the month.

I'm a bit dubious of this and don't think I'll receive it today or tomorrow, but have to wait until Friday before I get back to them about it.

I don't think people have had the february cashback. We're all talking about we got the 2 £5 payments for the January 20 payments. Which you should have had by now. Some of us only got one £5, but a chat to their in app support fixed that for me.

Presumably then if you (me too) opened an account 24th Jan say and didn't receive a debit card/pin to use the account until near the end of January you missed a month of cashback? The T&C's say receive double cashback in the first 6 months including the month you opened the account. I've only got 5 months of double cashback. At least I should have February s due next month and so on.

I'm the same, I opened my account on 27th of January so didn't time or means to make any purchases for January, so it will be 5 months rather than 6 for me.

Where I've seen people mentioning they've had their cashback I assumed it was for February paid in February (maybe it was the way it was worded, maybe I just completely misunderstood), regardless, I'm clear on it now!
