I just checked (didn’t login this morning at all), and both £5 payments are showing0
-
I've received both £5 payments today.
I can't remember if there is any requirement for a minimum pay in each month, or whether I just need 2 x direct debits and 10 x debit card transactions for the bonus. Would any of you lovely folk be able to help me on this please?Jan 2024 GC £287.21/£350
Feb 2024 GC £0.00 /£340 + £62.79 rolled over

It was to switch an account, have 2 direct debits set up, make 1 debit card payment, and 20 card payments per month if you want the £60 bonus. And between 20-27th they pay the £125 I think1

When the TSB switch conditions say that you have to have 2 "active" direct debits to qualify for the £125, does that mean that they have to have actually been paid out from the TSB account? Or just be live and set up to pay out in the future?0

The latter. Do consider tho that in the event of a complaint it's much easier to prove they were active at the time by pointing to a direct debit charge in the correct window.

My switch has already completed & the 2 Direct Debits were also transferred over & are showing in the new TSB account.0 -

I've never needed this yet, but the reason I do it is because a number of years ago I had a problem where a Nationwide incentive wasn't paid because they claimed I didn't have 2 'active' direct debits (I did, but they hadn't been charged yet, at all). The complaint was eventually closed to my satisfaction, but it would have been simpler if there was a charge to point to, so I took it as an action moving forwards with any switches stipulating DD related conditions.2 -
Take it contactless will count for using the debit card. £1.19 spent so should be all good for the incentive0

Hi everyone. Our two tsb accounts are now showing the 2 DDs (Plum/Moneybox).
Regarding making a debit card payment - We've topped up our Amazon accounts with £1 giftcards - I hope these are acceptable?
Thanks!0
