Forgive what may be a basic question but do TSB post details for logging into onlne banking/the app? I think I remember seeing something about this but can't remember for sure!0

Does anyone know what happens to the switch if TSB say they can't proceed due to them not accepting a provisional license? Account is set up and can send and receive payments. Card arrived but no pin yet, and can't log into the app but can log in on computer and send money etc.0

TSB have ignored the requested date requested on my switch (14th) and are saying it'll complete by the 8th.
Has this happened to anyone else?0 -
Neither mine or my OH's TopCashBacks tracked and we've started claims with TCB. His account was opened after mine, and still there's no sign of his activation code for the app.0

Confused about the Plum option for an easy direct debit. Is the weekly saver what people are doing, £1 a week? Is that a direct debit? And can you setup two direct debits with plum to TSB, how do you do this and does it satisfy TSB requirements if it’s the same provider?

You need to have 2 direct debits set up on TSB, plum will count as one of those direct debits so you will also need to set up a second direct debit. There are quite a few options listed on the Savings/investment DDs and debit card deposits- An updated list thread you posted on yesterday.
