Forgive what may be a basic question but do TSB post details for logging into onlne banking/the app? I think I remember seeing something about this but can't remember for sure!0

You should have chosen a username and password during account sign up. They'll send you an activation code in the post, which will then ask you to set memorable information (which you'll need to sign in thereafter).Ponchos said:Forgive what may be a basic question but do TSB post details for logging into onlne banking/the app? That's the badger. I did set up the username and such, I've had my card and PIN, just waiting for the activation code now. Cheers!WillPS said:

Does anyone know what happens to the switch if TSB say they can't proceed due to them not accepting a provisional license? Account is set up and can send and receive payments. Card arrived but no pin yet, and can't log into the app but can log in on computer and send money etc.0

Just to update. These have only just 'gone through' this morning. So a full seven days to clear, which I will know for the future.CGG_3 said:I made 20x£1 individual payments from my new TSB card to Amazon on 23 Jan. They appear in my Amazon account, but on the TSB app they just read 'pending'. Will they still qualify me for the £10 cashback this month?0

TSB have ignored the requested date requested on my switch (14th) and are saying it'll complete by the 8th.
Has this happened to anyone else?0

Neither mine or my OH's TopCashBacks tracked and we've started claims with TCB. His account was opened after mine, and still there's no sign of his activation code for the app.0

Confused about the Plum option for an easy direct debit. Is the weekly saver what people are doing, £1 a week? Is that a direct debit? And can you setup two direct debits with plum to TSB, how do you do this and does it satisfy TSB requirements if it’s the same provider?

A plum direct debit, no matter how many times it goes out each month, will only count as one DD for the purposes of satisfying the terms of the TSB switching offer.surferstar said:Confused about the Plum option for an easy direct debit. You need to have 2 direct debits set up on TSB, plum will count as one of those direct debits so you will also need to set up a second direct debit. There are quite a few options listed on the Savings/investment DDs and debit card deposits- An updated list thread you posted on yesterday.

TopCashback didn't track my activity for signing up either. TCB says it can take up to 7 days for cashback to track, but that was yesterday for me so I sent a missing cashback query and also sent a separate message about matching the Quidco offer of £30. See how that all goes...!CGG_3 said:Neither mine or my OH's TopCashBacks tracked and we've started claims with TCB.
