Ponchos said:How long does TSB take to track on TopCashback? I've had some issues with TCB not tracking things lately (it didn't even flash up with the usual "we've recorded your visit" type message after clicking through to TSB) and have had to submit manual claims. Not the end of the world but it takes longer, and if using the cashback guarantee with Quidco then it would help if it tracked sooner rather than later.
CheersIf it hasn't tracked within 24 hours of applying then I'd imagine it isn't going to track.I recommend using a different browser that's been wiped of browing data, and has no extensions just for cashback sites. I started doing that last year and it's very rare I have to make a missing cashback claim these days.danny13579 said:Ponchos said:How long does TSB take to track on TopCashback? The website says you can, but you need to do it through a support ticket instead:"*If you need to submit a Highest Cashback Guarantee claim from a transaction that hasn't tracked or tracked at a lower rate, please also submit a separate Support Ticket and reference the Missing Cashback Claim that you've submitted. We recommend you save a screenshot of the competing higher rate with the date visible as we may ask for this."

Has anyone/is anyone doing this who’s had the bonus from TSB in 2023? What are TSB like for keeping track of this? Tempted to try it for the £30 Quidco cashback if nothing else! Every little helps!!0

You can still get your double cashback just by switching to them and doing the 20 debit card transactions for 6 months as well as your Quidco cashback.1 -
Delay in debit card clearanceI only use debit cards to pay savings accounts, credit cards, and utilty suppliers. I pay using the debit card in the morning, it is credited to the account in late evening of the same day, and with Halifax and RBS cards it is cleared (moved from pending) the next day in the late evening.TSB debit cards are different, with payment made on a morning, the clearance takes place 2 working days later in the morning. So a payment on Thursday morning stays pending in TSB until Monday morning.0

Just topped my octopus account up with 20x£0.50 payments. Hopefully get the £10 to do the same next month!2

Had a text from the TSB to confirm my switch from the Halifax completed this morning. However, I’ve still got six debit card payments pending from last week. Hopefully, they will complete before Thursday (1st February).
Other than that, it’s been a very straightforward switch 👌£12k in 2025 #27 ( £7,000 / £12000 ) 🤞
£12k in 2024 #18 (£14,000 / £12,000)…Goal surpassed 🙏

What time of day was the purchase out of curiosity? I think sometimes if you purchase in the evening it can add an extra day of processing.
