Thing is she has a TSB account, but not received a switch bonus for a long time of them.0 -
The terms still show when you go to switch, but it's not advertised on the main page. And it's conflicting as it says "start a full switch between 15 January 2024 and 31 January 2024" and then in the next line "The switch must be initiated before the 31 January 2024"
Not sure it's worth bothering switching if they've possibly pulled it a bit early0 -

Do the payments need to clear for the cashback bonus, or just make the 20x payments. Received my card today so trying to decide if I can be bothered making 20 Amazon £1 payments for the extra tenner.0

They need to clear to qualify, so any payments made today are unlikely to count towards Jan. But they will count for Feb

I successfully opened and initiated the switch left Friday. My other half opened the account yesterday night but it was left as processing so it wasn’t complete and the switch couldn’t be started. As the account was opened before the deadline, or at least attempted to open, would this still count? It’s TSBs delay not the customers.0

I phoned TSB yesterday evening after coming to this thread. I had it confirmed that the switch incentive was still active until 11:59pm yesterday. This was based on the account being opened and the switch request completed.
So not sure where that would leave you surferstar. If you can prove the account was still in "processing" maybe they will still pay the switch bonus?0 -

My switch should complete 2nd February, as of 1st February I've not had my bank activation code (via post) but card and pin came a couple of days ago.0 -

I was able to make 20 x £1 card payments to Amazon last month which cleared before the end of January, and have done this months already. When do TSB pay the double cashback to my new current account, please?0 -
