I too seem to be missing the cashback for 20 card spends. Not even the normal £5 amount. Seems to be a common issue. Although that said I did use Revolut for the 20 spends via Google Pay. T&Cs mentioned ATM withdrawals and "other cash withdrawals" as being excluded. I thought that'd be refering to physical cash withdrawals only, maybe they count this as "other" withdrawals. I'll see what customer services say.

Not in January, but I did for February. Just had another look at the T&C and seems I just need to wait until the 20th. My mistake!

The £5 cashback is usually paid between the 8th and 20th. Last month it was paid on the 8th. So I would be hopeful you (and the rest of us) get it tomorrow. Most also got the extra £5 payment on the 8th, though many didn't and had to submit a complaint via chat. I only got mine on the 4th of March.

£5 cashback received. The second £5 not paid again. I expect I'm going to have to go through the complaints process again to receive this!

That’s my second Card Reward and Double Cashback since opening the account at the end of January (29th)…both of these were paid into my account on the 8th of the month each time….excellent!

Received my double cashback today from topping up my Revolut account 20 times via Google Pay. Nice easy way to qualify without actually having to spend anything!
