Morning all.
Enjoy the cinema ASB. We're going to see paw patrol tomorrow - oh, the excitement!
Today I have no real plans apart from putting our brand new bedding on so will just cosy up indoors. So far I have walked Poppet and put the recycling out.
Have a great day everyone.Spend less now, work less later.8 -
Morning my lovelies xx
It's a lovely feeling when you're waiting for the alarm to go off and you slowly work out that today is SATURDAY. Woot woot. 💃. I'm up, made my bed, brought down the laundry hamper, taken my meds, completed Wordle and Connections, and savoured my first brew. There's nothing can beat the first sip of the first brew in a morning. Any morning. Even a workday morning that first sip is an ahhhh moment.
(Got my Pollyanna head on today it seems 🤣)
I'm treating DS and his DF to a belated birthday tea at the village pub this evening. Table booked for 5.30pm. So, in the interests of slinky, I'm planning on only having brunch and saving my calories for later.

Morning all,
Not such a bright and sparkly start to the day outside this morning, which makes everything just a bit more bleurgh.Plans for the today - get some flying under my belt. The wm is running, I am on the 2nd cuppa, more lists to make - one that says “Fly” on it may not, with hindsight, be very helpful.
I managed another yoga session yesterday evening, which is good. That is 3 more this week than I would have otherwise done. But I did forget my slinky weigh in this morning 🙇♀️.
Out to the NDNs this evening for a get together. I remembered to buy flowers at Mr T on my way in to work yesterday, so feeling mildly organised on that front. If I forget these things, it is a 30 mile round trip to resolve, which is, at best, mildly inconvenient.
Onwards and upwards, have a lovely day all x8 -

Pots are WU and currently LTD.
Topped up the bird bath.
Eaten two slices of toast and marmalade and looking forward to tea out.
I'm going to read a couple of chapters before I DUPA.
It's still bitterly cold outside. And very overcast. Spitting about with rain. Slight breeze. Not at all inviting. I'm staying toasty indoors 😊

I can really recommend PetPlan insurance. Our cat had an operation for what turned out to be lung cancer last year, and they didn't bat an eyelid at the £9.5K bill. We had to pay the excess (£140), and 20% of the bill because of her age, but the majority was covered and the vets dealt directly with the insurance company so whilst we had the worry of her being ill, we didn't have to worry too much about the vet bill. And they will also cover her for the disease in future. Many insurance companies won't cover a disease in the following years.
