Then why people say, don’t pay but don’t ignore the letters? When will they file the court claim & how long i can keep ignoring their letters?Thank you
You have not received a genuine lbc
They have up to 6 years in England/ Wales to issue a claim
It means, i've to be vigilant for 6 years to arrive letters? What if i change my address & they send me letters in my current address instead of new address and i missed it?

In other words, every time you change address you must advise the parking company of you new address and instruct them to erase your old address.3 -
Hi. I am asking for help! I parked at a carpark run by a private firm. The price was £1 per hour. I paid £2 and returned to my car 1hr 56 mins later. I was with 3 colleagues (all in their own cars). All of us noticed we had 1hr of parking time on our tickets but paid for 2. We thought it was a time error on the ticket. I am the only one in the group to receive a fine! I have since returned to the carpark and notice a sticker has been put over the time and is now £1.50 an hr. My appeal has been rejected. What can I do? Thanks0

Your own thread will bring bespoke advice for you about your case. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
