Is the letter referring to the same parking event or a new one? Who is it from? The same PPC as previous letters? Is it maybe a reminder?1

Yes, same parking event & reminder.PPC : Euro Parking system.They didn't reply my email & now sent me this letter. Although in the email, i mentioned, if not replied, then this pcn will be considered as being cancelled. Now can i take it as evidence to the court?0

Always a possibility, so you need to have contingencies for receiving and opening your post. Should be back by mid May. I'm already nervous about the debt letters, but I'm determined to take it to court. I don't know, how long I'll carry this pressure. It's a mental game, but experience is needed to play this game.0

As i said, experience is the key factor in the game. Anyway, my only strength is the guidance & courage from this forum. Its for sure, if i wasn't in this forum, i'd have paid this scam. Anyway, will update all the current events in time. Hopefully, i'll be able to beat this scam.

HI, i haven't received any letter since 35 days. The last time, it was received on 10.02.14, which was issued on 07.02.24. They told to pay by 28 days, otherwise, it'll add additional cost by court letter or debt collection letter.Therefore, I'm wondering, when should they send next letter? Although i talked with the landowner on 12.02.24. Don't know, if they withdrew the case? If they do, will they notify me?Thanks0
