Private parking fines

Thanks Half-way for the answer.Actually i didn't know about the rules of driver & keeper information as i didn't face this before, that's why, i told them i parked there.I told them, I just parked there for 5 mins and my emergency lights are on, so that people can see it for an emergency purpose. Besides, the shop was also closed. I've been parking in many private parking places for 5-10 mins and no one sent any notice for that, as it's granted to park for 5-10 mins for emergency purposes. I'm really disappointed about that.I'm always careful about my parking and I don't make such a mistake about parking in a no parking zone. As the shop was closed and I had to do it for emergency purposes, i'd request you to withdraw this charge. I'll be really grateful if you can do this. I won't park there next time. The above was my answer, but at that time, i didn't realize that, they didn't provide any address & proof of my car was parked their property. When they rejected my appeal, then i found out they didn't give any address & no clear evidence of car being parked. As i parked several places in that postcodes, i hardly now remember where i parked actually, but i was sure the shops were closed & parking signs were not visible. Also, they lied in the mail, saying the shop was open and the kiosk was working. They asked to appeal to IAS, which is independent and i assume, they'll reject my appeal also as i don't trust them anymore. Therefore, i'd like to know, can my appeal be successful as they provided no address, no clear evidence ( just front pic of my reg plate) and for providing false information.Thank you

Based on 'parking for a few minutes for an emergency ' and your hazards were on , i think you'd stand a good chance of rejecting any attempt to extract money via a small claims , I have no idea if that would work on the appeals process though.
In your appeal state lack of evidence , no clear address , no clear photos and no proof of signs , no grace period or no parking took place so no contract existed. Also you stopped for an emergency as your hazards were clearly on? But state you can not confirm anyway this as you don't know if the location you were at on this date time matches where they alleged you were as their PCN isn't clear re the location. Don't send it until you put it here for comments .2 -
I didn't know the rules keeper & driver information before, that's why i confessed i parked the car.I told them, i parked there for 5 mins for emergency purpose as the shop was closed. The notice also mentions i parked there for 5 mins and its contravention. Actually, i didn't face this private parking before, that's why i don't know how they take advantage and rip off people. They also didn't provide any clear picture of the shop, where i parked my car.Can they just send 2 front pic of my reg plate? or they're supposed to send clear parking picture of my car from the back side as well? How do i know now, where i parked & there was parking restriction? Front reg pic just doesn't mean, i parked in illegal parking, i might have parked in the legal area, where there was no parking restriction. In the email, they told me, they talked to the shop and they told it was open, but in the rejection letter, it said, it was closed. which one is true or false & its contradictory information. They advised me to appeal to " IAS", which is independent judiciary. But i assume, they'll also reject my appeal as i don't trust them anymore. Can i appeal on those issues?I'm not sure what to do as i didn't face this before.Parking company: " Euro Parking Services"0

IAS is neither independent or judiciary.
You said the car was n there for 5 minutes, even though the shop was shut, whos car park was it and where? From the Plain Language Commission:

It was in Romford. I don't remember the shop name, but it was closed for sure & my hazard lights were on all the time. The parking company is: Euro Parking Services. If IAS isn't independent or judiciary, whats the point of appealing there as it'd be rejected even if you prove you're not guilty. This is ridiculous process, no justice even with proof.0

I would always appeal it would do no harm and also costs them money to defend2

But DO NOT TRY IAS.
If you read the third post of NEWBIES PLEASE READ THESE FAQS FIRST you'd know why not.
Just ignore EPS now.
Tell them if you move house within 6 years, obviously! Come back here if they try a small claim - which is the ONLY fair dispute resolution you get - and there is no risk, no CCJ as long as you defend. Hence why they must be given your correct address within the 6 years open to any person to sue.
Do not worry.
DO NOT PAY TO MAKE THE SCAM GO AWAY.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
