    Glad you've had an apology from Pension 1. There are just so many instances when people are diddled because of incompetence or mistakes, and they just don't notice. And of course it's the people who can least afford it who are least likely to notice.

    Urgh to the washing machine. Remove and replace sounds very sensible given the circumstances.

    And oh dear to poor dog smelling like an old lady! I hope it's toned down a bit by bedtime!

    You’ve been ploughing through lots of awful jobs which must be very difficult. Washing machine would choose now to break down!

  • Well done for spotting and calling out the pension thing, and absolutely the thing to do on the WM as well. We all have our skills - yours are spotting pension people about to do you out of money, not fixing WMs and that is perfectly fine. 

    Glad you found suitable clothing - for him at least. As for the dog, no words there. xx
