The problem is that I keep treating myself to little things at the moment Kajikita - books, plants, wool all need to be used not just added to the collection.
I have been putting things into pots again today, cheap Jasmines from Aldee on the patio wall, and some bare root standard roses into big long term terracotta pots in front of the summer house. Picked up some good mid sized plastic pots for free from a neighbour which is really useful as I had run out of them.My mortgage free diary: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6498069/whoops-here-comes-the-cheese

My cats know the minute I get the flea treatment box out of the cupboard and run off. The dog holds her neck out obediently 😆I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)8

Doglet is busy rolling on the bone dry lawn in the sunshine. Seems sensible to me. Must get her booked in for a nail clip while I am thinking about it. This reminded me that I need to book the car service so I have just emailed about that as well.
The lawn needs to be mowed again, one last fill of the holes and then hopefully we can use the feed and seed stuff I bought in time for some rain. Lots of gardening stuff happening while the weather is nice. We made a small water feature with a tin bath and added a tiny solar fountain which makes me smile.
I have a confirmed date for the ensuite work, still some clearing to do to make sure he can access the pipework in Mr Redos study/craft room. I need to make myself do that, but it is one of the harder rooms to sort. Should be easier now I have some space to move things to at least.
I spent a day sorting my clothes, doing 'does it fit, will I ever wear it again, etc' and exited another two black bags worth of things. I still have the knitwear to do. Complicated by being in-between sizes, but I at least now I know what I do and don't need.

Well done with clothes sorting. I was surprised by how many clothes I had that whether I went up or down in size, they were no longer to my taste...If you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them

Hey redo - I agree with what PiP said about seasons triggering different stages and emotions around grief, and sometimes that can just take you unawares too, can't it.
I could do with a clothing sort-out. the issue I have now is that we have so much more wardrobe space than we had at the flat, and so the incentive isn't there to do it.🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡

You are being so productive, all the gold stars for you, especially since a lot of it isn't nice-productive sorting.
The tin bath water feature has made me smile, if you're comfortable to do so please post a pic, I need future garden inspo and things that make one smile should be top of any design list imo7 -
Well done on the clothes sorting. I need to do mine again!"If you can dream it, you can do it". Walt Disney5
