I'm sorry you're not able to do what you want. You are taking it easy on those bad days though. I guess you just have to take each day at a time.

It’s frustrating to say the least. I’m definitely taking one day at a time and hoping tomorrow will be better 🙂

sometimes, that is as much as we can do..I appreciate the frustration, it's so hard when your mind wants what your body can't do.

Be kind to yourself though, which sounds like you are trying to.

Don't forget you're also grieving too. The emotional impact of that on bodies is often underestimated.

Hoping tomorrow you can do what you need to do. X

Perhaps put the fruit bowl away for a couple of months and see if you miss it?
I think a bit of sunshine is good for frugal living. (Cranky40)
The sun's been out and I think I’m solar powered (Onebrokelady)

The bowl sounds lovely…..I’d do as cherry fudge suggested and put it away for a short time.
I’m pleased the inhaler and anti-histamine helped you.

    January spends - £587.58

It’s too big to put away 🙂 it’s actually a two tier cake stand that doesn’t come apart but I put my fruit on it. I’ve left it where it is for now and will think about it. If I move into a smaller place at some point there won’t be room for it so it will have to go eventually. I think I’m just being sentimental because my mum bought  it for me but she won’t even remember buying to to be honest

I read about your 4 portions of gnocchi bake & apart from 'Yum', the 1st thing I thought was what a good idea it is to batch cook on days where you feel up to it, so that you have healthy ready meals waiting on the days where you don't.
Film & takeaway, along with kitten cuddles sounds like a very nice relaxing way to celebrate a birthday.

2026's challenges: 1) To rebuild our Emergency Fund to at least £5k.
    2) To read 50 books (12/50) 3) The Re-Shrinking of Foxgloves 8.1kg/30kg
Remember....if you have to put it on a credit card, extend your overdraft or take out a loan to buy whatever it is, you probably can't afford it, as that's not your money, it's somebody else's!
