I've heard that our pets lead us over the rainbow bridge when the time comes.   Then there are no more tears or any partings love Humdinger xx

It's good you went to investigate and it sounds as though they know there's an issue, but I really hope it's not the shape of things to come.  Is it half term in your area? If the child is out of her routine it could be making her more volatile.

And I'm glad you had a sunny walk to collect the cat's ashes. Not a pleasant job, but some sunshine makes everything easier and a few mild days up here have been a real boon.
I think a bit of sunshine is good for frugal living. (Cranky40)

So sorry to read about the cat. The vet sounded amazing, coming out to your house like that. A much more peaceful and unrushed experience.

That’s what she specialises in, it was a really good experience at a sad time x

Oh dear I haven’t done any of the things I wanted to do today due to feeling exhausted, I didn’t get up until 10 then I had to go back to bed at 1 and slept until 4 and I’m still tired. I’m really not feeling too good chest wise today and have been quite breathless all day which is very annoying. I’ve just bagged up some stuff for the charity shop because I’m meeting DD2 tomorrow for a coffee and she also has things to donate. I hope I don’t feel like this tomorrow 🤞🤞
