🤣🤣🤣
I was just wondering whether we have polenta so I could give the recipe a try, then I saw the above!
Thanks @Watty1 , it sounds yummy. I like oranges so I will have to check for the polenta but I'm fairly sure it's semolina in my larder. Your recipe has so many very healthy ingredients that it would be wrong not to

Oh my goodness, that is lovely.
I have my fingers in my ears so I can't hear 'pay double that price for less than a quarter of the size in London' 👀😂

That has significant wow factor (and not a piggie in sight).

It's not cool to live in this neck of the woods so prices tend to reflect that.
I'm not saying anything at all PiP cough cough

I am moving! From one end of the country to the other and then another! Stunning properties.
Yesterday I met two pals for lunch at a lovely tea room. It was stunning, real fires, candles, old furniture, plants, antiques. I was assured it was maybe 20 mins from where I live but I must have taken a wrong turn and ended up driving through a part of Kent I had not seen before. Stunning place, all the fields were open, orchards for walking round, past a wood that had gates with latches to be used by horse riders. Going down a tiny little road I came across a dog running free. Thinking it was unusual I was trying to decide what to to when a horse rider came along so I asked if the dog was hers, and sure enough it was. Apparently they rarely see cars so she exercises her dog and horse together, and yes, everywhere is open to horses so long as they stay off the crops.
When I got to the tea shop I cheerfully informed my girlfriends I had found where I wanted to live and I would be staying in Kent after all. (Only I didn't actually know where it was but I assured them it was local enough and I would figure it out later as I had taken a picture of a little row of terraced cottages where one was for sale so I could find it and screen shot the google maps). Once home I spent some time on the internet looking at houses for sale. That one in Devon would have been in the region of £3.5 million in Kent! The area was so very expensive! The mid terrace, 2 bedroom, shower room, no bath, tiny garden was a similar price to the stunning place @WelshmansDaughter posted.
I do not know how anyone affords delightfully rural Kent.
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became
In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!1 -
If we're talking overpriced property, would you like to consider this one?
