Finally cleared off the office whiteboard and now have four columns of "to dos". I put one up for the VNM so he can see what I would like rather than keep asking me and me forgetting (it has vague things on like "tractor" and "quad bike" as I'm not really sure what is up with them other than a lack of brakes).
Then there is one for the business and how to develop it, one for me personally and one for the house.
I've stuck to the work the Estate Agent said to do and there are only a couple of things left under project renovation. I ordered more curtains yesterday so they should be here soon which leaves carpet for the stairs as they look unfinished painted (said Estate Agent) and the front of the property. The gardeners cleared the border and put bark down so looks tidy but most of the front is given off to a parking lot (it takes 9 cars and really did not need to be like this, but I cannot return it to a proper front garden sadly as way to much work). Once the weeds have died (they are proving very resistant as gardener chaps sprayed them twice whilst here) I need to look about adding some stones or gravel or something to give it kerb appeal. The the front door needs a bit of paint where last years paint has chipped. And then I am done. The house will be "mine" and also ready for market. Decluttering continues but that will be an ongoing life job I suspect.
Personally I have a lot of things to deal with, some health, some related to financial goals.
Business wise I've a lot I want to do. Since leaving PPH I've really had to build work so I can meet financial goals and it is going well. Accountant suggests I now need to sort out some stuff so the business, like the house, can be sold at some future point.
Then, each list has had a few things put to post it notes - and those are the things to deal with immediately. So my today list is sortedBack later with an update!

So much loveliness in those posts, really happy for you and proud of you.
What about some small planters dotted around for kerbside appeal that you could take with you when you move?5 -

A friend introduced me to the idea of 'a thriller, a filler and a spiller' when planting containers - depending on the size of the containers, how about Italian Cyprus or an acer for the 'thriller' and to give height? Then some colourful annuals for the 'filler' and something like variegated ivy or Creeping Jenny for the 'spiller'?
The trees might of course be too big, so I hope someone more awake than me can come up with alternatives.I think a bit of sunshine is good for frugal living. (Cranky40)
