Monday and back to work.  Lots to do.   Once again have a cleaner starting.   I've enjoyed not having a cleaner but my housework has been limited.  It has been a useful experiment and WattyDog and I enjoyed the peace.   The one today is one I have used before, both WattyDog and I like her. She left to start her own agency and I didn't follow as it seemed wrong at the time to abandon the agency that I found her from but given WattyDogs problems I only want someone I know will be kind to him, understanding and support him so we have had a frank chat about (a) Wattydog and (b) the state of the place.  She is going to do 4 hours today to give it a 'deep clean' and 'reset' 

Overall I saved money, realised I can do it but that having someone do it is money well spent for me at this time.

Good decision re cleaner you can earn more money doing your day job and if she is good with dogs it is a no brainer.

Agree re. the cleaner. I couldn't manage without mine - every time she goes on holiday I feel like I'm vanishing under a sea of dog and cat hair! It makes it a lot easier focus on the things that I can't outsource (like the day job!).

I think it might have been a strategic move on cleaners part to get me back on the books for her agency as next week she might send somebody else.    I’ve been really clear that WattyDog must be happy with them😀

it is wonderful to have her back and apparently her team are as thorough

Not vain at all though as others have said, hair thinning and loss can be strongly connected to stress so make sure to keep on with your great work processing trauma as that genuinely may make a big difference to hair quality.

Hair extensions can cause thinning hair to worsen if not applied and removed by good professionals so maybe start a pot dedicated to that so that you know you always have separate funds available.

I recently tried a product sent to me to review that was a three month supply of collagen based vitamins for healthy hair growth and while I didn't see any difference in hair condition, the mad bits of my hair at the sides that grow outwards definitely lengthened after being the same length for years, however there's no reasoning with my hair 😂

Out last night to a committee meeting, we have fish and chip supper while discussing matters that need addressing.  Nice evening (£10 spent). Home late, gave the horses hay, walked into my bedroom and felt disorientated for a moment.  It was so clean and 'neat'.  Really happy with that.  Curled up in bed with cocoa and one episode of a series on net flix and slept really well.       The right cleaner made a difference to stress / sleep for sure.

Thanks for recommendation pip.  I've tried so much, including supplements and collagen and potions and products.  I read a great comment on line yesterday " you can't supplement your way out of stress" and that really made me think.  

In other news moved more money into pension plan and have exceeded my first hoped for milestone with that.
