Brie said:disappointed when I returned to the Cancer CS that they were sold out of bee bags and socks. I've got 2 bee bags (jute shoppers) and wanted to get the bee socks to go in them for C-word presents. I've had to resort to getting 2 bee tea bag holders which is fine as both intended present recipients drink tea. Will have to think if I can get to another of their shops on the chance that they have socks.2021 Decluttering Awards: ⭐⭐🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇 2022 Decluttering Awards: 🥇

Only issue is that I need them soon. Typical me - I leave for Canada on the 12th so him indoors thinks I should be fully packed ahead of that day for some reason.
Will PM you (& any one else joining the chase) my address and can sort something out for payment for cost and postage. Or if you're not fussed I can make a donation to Cancer Research or to the food bank where I work. Love that skirt, @Miró.
I went to Bedale this morning and came back with a Laura Ashley jacket, £3, and an assortment of books, £4.50 total including Nigel Slater's The Christmas Chronicles, hardback, which was £26.00 new and is in beautiful condition as well as having a lovely cover and being good reading. Yes, I have it on Kindle, but it's not the same.I think a bit of sunshine is good for frugal living. (Cranky40)

Haven’t had anything from the Otley 99p shop for ages thanks to the Shove’n’Grab brigade but they were fewer in number today so more of us got a look in! Frilled to bits with my finds today….an ankle length black knitted dress by Vera Modo bnwt, a pair of Gloria Vanderbilt mushroom coloured high rise/tapered leg jeans and a ditsy patterned Princess line midi dress. I think the dress has been home made (possibly by a dressmaker as it's very well made). Anyhoo it looks unworn, fits perfectly and I love it😛. Everything was 99p each! Sorry the pic is so dark….it’s a very gloomy day here.
