Only 2 things I've found to buy in Primark.  The tiddly pots of Vaseline which were 89p (twice that in other shops and stupidly expensive in Canada for some reason) and 2 lime green mankinis which were I think £5 each and were given to 2 friends as a going away present when they went to Mauritius for their honeymoon.  I made them promise it they ever wore them I didn't want to see the photos.

Ditto on the little pots of Vaseline which I always have in my pocket and the memory foam insoles and the men's range of thermal socks. My feet are size 42 or 43 depending on shoe shape so the mens ranges are generally a better fit for me.
I did pass one or two charity shops in Headington today but was so loaded down with purchases for my allotment that I didn't feel equal to doing any more shopping. I might try and call in there this Thursday depending on the weather.

Primark thermals  - leggings and vests - do the job well, so I am in them all winter. I bought them at the end of a season a few years ago and am very happy with them! 

The swimsuit looks good, what does "tugless" refer to? 

I've got Primark, Uniqlo and M&S thermals and find the Primark ones to be the least effective but it's very useful having a range of options depending on the weather and how I'm feeling that day, sometimes I only need a light underlayer and others it's why am I not able to insert myself in the panini press IYSWIM. 

No shopping done here today due to the incessant downpour, hopefully some of the slugs on my allotment have drowned!

I took 2 bags of paperbacks to the local children's hospice shop today, and came home with a pale grey with dark flecks John Lewis cashmere turtleneck. I also found a copy of The Green Roasting Tin to inspire me to up my veggie meal game.

Yesterday I picked up a jelly roll [quilting fabric strips] for £3.50 in Bridgnorth chazza. Lovely shades of pink. First decent find in sometime.

Love The Green Roasting Tin, lots of excellent easy recipes.  I think the Cauliflower with harissa and goats cheese is my favourite!

I went a bit chaz-mad yesterday afternoon and bought quite a few clothes and scarves, all of which are in the WM atm. I couldn't resist a spare cup for my Mo Health food processer, and a BNWT microwave egg poacher which normally retails at £5, which will be gifted:

Did you get anything at Bedale, @Miró? I went later than you but there was still a lot there and I came away with:
Fatface top, £2.50
Lottie embroidered jeans, £2
Gandys backpack £2
canister and tablets for old-style soda siphon (we have one).

The jeans are a bit tight so they may not be keepers, but the top is just right and I’m very pleased with the backpack. I’ve read the autobiography of the brothers who run the company (‘Tsunami kids’) which drew it to my attention but when I got home and looked it up, they retail between £80-100, as well as being well designed and benefitting charity. Not that I needed a new bag…
