    HI all,

I love that design @Drawingaline - lovely symmetry!

I have news….I have finished my crocheted slipover! So so happy!

    Ta-dah!!!!!

Also(!) I’m back on my JoGLE hike from Thursday - Crewe to (almost) Bristol and have made these to leave en route:

I’ve added a key ring chain to each and have used the little bags from the Covid tests (kept them as thought they’d come in handy) and used oddments of wool. I will include details with our FB and X details on and ask whoever finds them to give us a follow. DSis has also got us a QR code linking to our donation page 😊

Hope everyone has had a good Easter break.

And Six out of 12 Delft tiles complete. There are beads to add, but will do them at the end when all 12 tiles are complete. So back onto When Winter wanes. Hoping to get that done by the end of May. Then I might actually start Angel of the morning!

  • Does anybody have any experiences good or bad about using a cross stitch stand. The one you put on your chair and sit on it
Was thinking about getting one as have trouble with aches and pains in right hand and struggle to hold hoop after about half hour.

I've used one and it was....OK.  I found it tended to move about as generally I was sitting on a couch so it moved whenever I moved.  It probably would be more stable on a harder surface.

I cant look past my floor standing one now I have amalgamated 2 together.   I find it stands where I want and being able to birl it round to get to the reverse is fabulous.   I can send you photos if you like.
