We're going to our usual place - Canterbury!  It's a convenient place to stop as we can use the buses to get to all the Kent coastal towns so we can have some different beach walks as well as wandering round some different shops!  Our local shops are rubbish!

Forgot to say I weighed myself yesterday (a day earlier than usual as wasn't sure if I'd have time this morning but actually needed to get up earlier than usual for the loo!) and it's yet another STS.  I don't think I'm actually going to lose this extra 1.5lb over target range - it certainly feels like that anyway!

Today's food:

B - fry up with bacon - P; S; F
L - (probably) sausages in a bread roll - HEB; 4.5
D - beef bourguignon, mash, peas - P; S; F

HEA - milk
HEB - roll
Syns - sausages 2; spread 2.5

Should only be missing tomorrow from the thread (signal is rubbish in Canterbury!) so see you Friday.

Good morning, damp here, but looking brighter.
@joedenise have a good time in Canterbury, not really visited, decades ago then OH and I were driving through on way to visit his distant relatives in Margate (lived in Shropshire, staying in W. Sussex, OH stopped at traffic lights, but bloke behind didn't = fan belt through radiator, bit shook up, but OK. Some of that Radweld stuff in the radiator got us all the way back home at the end of the week, not much dosh in those days and could have been very difficult - think it was pre-credit card too.
@bubbs I thought I was getting a cold yesterday too and skipped SW, but just stiffly so far today.

Sorry to hear some of you have been through the wars. Hope all get well soon. 

I have been MIA as I've had a dodgy eye for a few days but thankfully have been seen now and no retinal tear or detachment. Just some of the inner jelly has pulled away from the retina but it should heal itself. It just made reading a bit wonky for a few days. 

Well, big news is that I got my 2st sticker tonight! Really happy with a 2lb loss. 

Hopefully can manage another 10.5lbs over 6.5 weeks before my holiday so I can get to my target.

@NornIronRose. Well done to you for getting your two stone.  Glad your eye is ok. I am very squeamish about eyes as I have had previous eye surgery. Shudder.
