    Thanks for new thread @beanielou

Just back from group and two on . I’m happy with that. Our class was really quiet @bubbs and as there wasn’t a slimmer of the week, the basket was raffled off and I won it 😁

Apart from tomorrow night, that’s me back on track.

Well done @bubbs.  Is that enough for you to be back in target now?

That's not a bad result @Jellybaby for this time of year.

According to my scales I'd put on 4lb over Christmas Day and Boxing Day but weighed again this morning and looks like I've lost 2lb so just about at top end of target range.

Good to see that the gains are small for the Christmas period. We'll soon get those off! Sounds like you've already made a start @joedenise. 👍

You must be the only one actually pleased with a gain @bubbs. 🤣

I 've done my first meal plan and shop to take me into the new year.

    Today's EE plan -
B- HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks, bacon, egg (P), baked beans (F)
L- warm salad of ham, egg (P), potato (F), leaves, spring onions, tomatoes, mushrooms (S)
D- sweet and sour chicken (P, S) with noodles (F)
    Syns - Ben's sauce 1.5, weekend wine 😁

Welcome @cuddlymarm. That's a good idea to eat up all the stuff you have in before you start properly next month. This is a mse thread (as you can see from @bubbs and her food bargains).

Have you tried SW before? 🤔
