At last you've shifted most of the holiday gain @joedenise.👍 It was a drastic remedy but a good feeling to see the scales move in the right direction.

I thoroughly enjoyed my fish and chips yesterday. I think it's probably the first time I have had a proper take away fish supper since my birthday in 2021 during lockdown when restaurants were closed. 

Back on plan today. 

B- HEB porridge, HEA milk, berries (S), banana (F) 
L- JP (F), cottage cheese (P), spring onions, pickles (S) 
D- corned beef hash (P, F, S), green stuff (S)
Syns - corned beef. I think it's about 4 but need to check

Well done on calling target @maddiemay.  With STS 3 weeks running it's probably where your body is meant to be.  If you do lose another couple of pounds you'll still be within your target range.

Well i got the bargain of bargains today 😁😁😁 2 whole pence for 2 beautiful bunches of £15 flowers from Sainsburys, Mothers day stock reduced!

Food

Hexb ham and betroot and 2 syns mayo , seafood sticks, pickles, satsuma and pear.

Gammon, pineapple and egg , bns chips, salad, I can't work the pineapple out

I've counted 2 syns but uts not that much.

There 2.5 syns for 200g, drained weight was 236g and there was 9 slices in the tin, anyone?

Oh and legs of lamb are £6.50 kg and pork shoulder was 5.66 kg

I make the pineapple just under a third of a syn per slice! You're not going to get fat on that! 🤣

Food has been on plan today but just poured myself a glass of wine. I'm out for a birthday meal tomorrow so I think it's best to just write this week off. Next week I'm in control until the weekend.
