    Thanks both.

The soft pitta is 7.5 syns @joedenise so as you didn't eat all of it there's not much to choose between that and the toast. 🤔

    Evening all

Maman hope you have had a alovely day.

Rose it's ice cream made fromm ff greek yoghurt in the ice cream maker and no i split the burger 🤣🤣hope WI was good to you and enjoy TOMORROW 🤣 sort of thing i would do.

Somehow i have hurt my wrist, no it wasn't lifting the burger 🤣🤣 i can't twist it or hold anything heavy.

Well tonights teas was baging!! I hollowed out the fat end of BNS, pinged it then put it in the oven. I filled it with lamb i had left from sunday, put it in lamb stock pots with oinion and carrots, then filled the BNS and had speed veg with it.

Picky plate for lunch, doughnuts and ice cream just finishing 😘

  • Sounds like good ice cream bubbs.

Well, happy after WI with a 1.5 lb loss. So I'm back where I was 2 weeks ago. Let's hope Ramadhan helps.
I've got one more pound to hit my 2st sticker.

I intend to eat a healthy breakfast tomorrow then head off at 5am. Have a box of healthy snacks and won't fast tomorrow. May have a naughty dinner in Warrington. Then back to fasting Thursday.

Usually I don't put any weight on in Ramadhan unlike a lot of people who think they need to shovel grub in their face in vast quantities. Goes against the whole meaning of fasting when we should be giving charity and thinking of people who don't have food to eat, or clean water to drink.

Morning all, definitely looking a better day weatherise so will be getting at least one load of washing done and may even do 2 lots - if I can get it all on the line!

Well done @NornIronRose on your loss, great to be back where you were after your unexpected gain last week.  Good luck for getting that new sticker next week.

Need to have an earlyish breakfast this morning as DH has to go into town for an appointment with the nurse at 9am (it's about half hour drive depending on the traffic!).

    So today's plan:

    B - bacon, egg, mushrooms, tomatoes, beans - P; F; S; F
    L - gammon and tomato sandwich - HEB; P; S; 2.5
    D - jerk chicken, rice 'n' peas - P; S; F; 2.5

    HEA - milk
    HEB - bread
Syns - LF spread 2.5; 50ml light coconut milk 2.5

    Have a good day everyone.

PS. Just realised it's Wednesday so WI day!  Have just weighed and pleased to say that I have lose about 1.5lb and am now less than lb over top end of target range.  Was really surprised with those 3 days of no fibre, eating white bread and pastry!  Maybe my body just needed a bit of a break from SW!

@joedenise well done, good news on WI day can't be bad!

I STS at WI last night - 3 weeks running now.  I have called target at this weight which I think is about right for me, although for personal satisfaction I would love to loose another 1-1.5lbs.  The 2 pairs of trousers that I have worn this would would just about push down over my hips now.

So blustery here now even tho' I wear specs my eyes are so sore and runny, glad to stay indoors for a while, cuppa tea and a read of my book now.
