You're right @maman!  So used to having wholemeal which doesn't need synning so that'll take care of most of the day's syns anyway!

Are you going out for a meal for your birthday?  As usual it's a case of good when you can and careful when you can't!

Lost half a pound at WI today, so really pleased at least its in the right direction.

Im out tonight with two girlfriends we are going to Pizza Express, not my choice, but I'll just have to make the most of it!

    B overnight oats
L tuna with leaves, tomatoes and cucumber
    D Pizza Express

I bought one of those 12 week journals today and am determined to write everything down in it - even if I go over the syns.  Determined to try and get myt 2 stone cert by then, another 10.5 lbs to lose and that will be the 2 stone

    Well done Mrs P.
Not been to Pizza Hut in years. My DS used to like it.

Pleased you had a loss @MrsPorridge. Well done. 👏👏👏

I think it really helps to write everything down. Great idea. 👍

If you really fancy pizza then the leggere is marginally better. Otherwise go for a tomato based pasta. Prosecco is probably the lowest syn wine too. Enjoy! 😁

Those asparagus dippers with bacon always look so artistic and delicious @bubbs.,😋

I know what you mean about the washing. The bedding smelled gorgeous when I brought it in from the line.

    Good luck for tomorrow. 🤞
  • Well done on your loss MrsP. Going in the right direction for sure.
All the best for tomorrow bubbs. I need to go and investigate fake KFC. Took my daughters there yesterday after the pictures. I snaffled about 5 chips only.

Film was good btw. Went to see Wicked Little Letters with Olivia Colman and Jesse Buckley. Very fruity language but that was the whole idea. It was bl**dy brilliant.

Morning all, it's another bright but cold day today with very little wind.  Came across DH's golf over trousers when tidying up so they've gone into the washing machine to be washed and reproofed ready for next winter (assuming he's playing again by then!).  Still best to get them sorted now while the weather is good.

We're hoping to get away in the motorhome for a few days next week but not sure whether we'll be able to go Wednesday - depends on DH's phone call appointment with the nurse re his COPD which is Tuesday afternoon.  He has a face to face appointment booked in for Wednesday morning but not sure if that will be going ahead - will find out Tuesday afternoon.  As the face to face appointment is fairly early we could get away by lunchtime Wednesday but would rather go immediately after the rush hour if we can.  We'll just have to wait and see.

Well done on your loss @MrsPorridge, every little helps and it is at least in the right direction.

I jumped on the scales this morning and this no fibre diet is doing me no favours at all - up another lb since Wednesday.  Will be glad when I can get back to my normal!

Today is certainly mainly off plan so not going to post it!

    Have a good day everyone.

    Happy Saturday.

Raining here, for a change

    B. overnight oats
    L. scrambed eggs and spinach
D chicken jalfreizi which I added extra spinach and a tin of chopped toms. 2 sys for my portion of sauce.  With rice.  Also I might have a couple of poppadoms 2 syns each and some mango chutney - need to check syns for that!

I'm drawing a line under the Pizza Express meal  - I had a calzone for 700 odd calories, so was a better choice than the pizza at over 1000!
