Just popping in to say I lost 1.5 lbs at WI. Now the lightest I have been since I joined. Really need to keep on track. I had fish and chips for lunch! Don't think I'll need anything else to eat today save perhaps a bit of fruit.Debt free and Keeping on Track1

And well done @NornironRose on Slimmer of the Week! 👍
I had LO casserole for lunch and tonight we're having chicken, chips and veg. Meal plan and shopping done.
Sad news about Dave Myers. We're having two Hairy Bikers recipes this week in his memory.2 -
Well done Mrs Porridge! That must feel great. Hope the fish and chips doesn't scupper you for next week but I'm sure it tasted great!1

The lady we rented off as well gave us some money back for the evacuated days 👏👏she didn't have too and it never covered the hotels but it all helps 😁
I dropped my bedding, 2 weeks of towels and 3 loads of clothes off to be washed and dried as over run with washing and the unexpected refund paid for it and still some left 😁
We ended up doing 3 trips, going to pick up new washing machine and dh plumbed it in, done 2 loads.
I had a few grapes and nothing else till tea, we had tea at 4.30 🤣🤣 fake kfc and salad. I am absolutely shattered, won't be late in bed tonight that's for sure! Group in the morning so need to be up 6.45 ish.

@MrsPorridge and @NornIronRose well done to you both. @bubbs great news that you are home and good use of the refund to pay for some of the washing.
@joedenise 1.5 lbs off would suit me very well too. @Coxy11 life has certainly landed you and your family a bum deal, I do hope your OH gets some sense from his awful employers soon.
@maman your day out sounds good in spite of the rain.
Had a busy week, met with bestie this morning for brunch and 3 hours of catching up with each other's news and family, had a bacon and egg sarnie (Syned the bread), then called in to a dog welcoming restaurant for coffee and a shared a piece of cake with OH when walking the dog late afternoon), nice chat with a friend on the way around, so a lovely social day, Sausage beans and SW chips in the Ninja grill for tea, may squeeze in a weeny square of dark chocolate shortly (purely medicinal for the iron of course). The best thing about the future is that it comes one day at a time. Happy to hear you are home bubbs. Must feel so good. And a new washing machine must be lovely!
Well, went out with my friends and all good intentions fell by the wayside. Went to a panAsian fusion place. Got starters, mains and desserts and shared them all. Every bite was just mmmmmmm delicious! Well worth the calories. Then a walk and a hot chocolate as we were cold.
Will be back on plan again tomorrow. Figure I can get away with one s*d it day every now and again.0 -
I have had a message from Longwalker, unfortunately she is unable to post as she has been banned. We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.

Oh no! I love her posts. Hopefully it is very temporary.
Made me really sad when GM was banned as he was such a stalwart. Still miss his posts.0 -
