WI this evening. 2lb loss so I'm very happy with that. That's 1st 12.5 at SW. 2st 5.5 in total.
12.5 lb to get to target. Aiming for that before I go on holiday in May, then I can relax when I'm away.

Gained 1.5 lb. at WI yesterday, right at top of range, must get a grip for next week, however, today we went to country house and spa for afternoon tea, it was lovely, but feel pretty uncomfortable after it, prior to that had only eaten 3 syns, this evening just had 2 Ryvita with 60% lower cream cheese and ham and 2 of the 3 little cakes we brought home. First job for tomorrow after breakfast is to meal plan for the day and every day until next WI. SM delivery brought loads of things that had been OOS so now have lots of chicken and Heck 1/2 syn sausages.The best thing about the future is that it comes one day at a time. (Abraham Lincoln)0 -
