Good morning, not raining yet, but is promised! OH and I been very busy trying to get the house in order, main problem for me is fatigue attributed to both my main health conditions so housework has been spasmodic for quite a while, I admit I prioritise cooking, being outdoors keeping kitchen and bathrooms hygienic, washing, not so good at keeping up with dusting, cleaning out cupboards etc. I may try and find a cleaner in a while, but there is so much stuff we no longer need - don't entertain much etc. pots/pans/crockery and stuff is gradually moving out.
Anyway back to SW have nearly finished freezer audit so currently meal planning 2/3 days ahead - agree with you all that it really does help.
@bubbs hoping that you are O.K. and safe. @NornIronRose well done on the 2lb loss. @Longwalker I hope everything goes well this morning. The best thing about the future is that it comes one day at a time. (Abraham Lincoln)0 -
Hi everyone,
I’m still here. Food on plan (remarkably). DH’s last day in his current job today – the whole ‘process’ has been handled really badly.
Sorry to hear you might be evacuated again @bubbs – hoping you’re somewhere safe and dry xx
Well done to all the losers and STS-ers. I gained 0.5lb on Saturday but have been totally on it this week.

@Coxy11 - Your DH didn't get much notice of his redundancy which is really bad. Mind you that's probably better in some ways than the full 3 months I had to do - the end couldn't come soon enough! Hope he finds another job fairly quickly.
You did well to only gain 0.5lb last week - assume that still means your in target.

Good to hear from you @Coxy11 and well done on staying on plan at this stressful time. I know from when I worked in that field that we were careful to say that a role was being made redundant but it's so hard not to take it personally. 🤞🏼 your DH finds something suitable very soon.
At least the days are creeping up towards your return home @bubbs. It must be just over a week left. 🤔
Hope your appointment goes well tomorrow @Longwalker. I'm sure you'll have a super time in Edinburgh. It's lovely to have something to look forward to. I'm having a day out in London next week with my BFF. We're going to see Helen George in The King and I and whatever else we decide to do with our time.
I always feel a sense of achievement when I've done my freezer inventory @maddiemay . I always write the contents longhand on a piece of paper and cross things out as they're used up. Once the list starts to look a mess, I redo it so it gets a regular refresh.
Today's plan-
B- HEB (half) toast, eggs, bacon (P), tomatoes (S), HEA milk for drinks
L- HEB (half) toast, sardines (P), pickles (S), lentil and veg soup (P,S)
D- chicken casserole (P,F,S), greens and cauliflower (S)
Syns- cornflour 10 -

Hey up!!
We left when i picked dh up from work, not got kicked off but don't want another middle of the night evacuation! I don't understand it there is more lake than last time 🤔 If they open the flood gates pity the ones that have not left!
Not ideal the day before WI but we had a chinese, that in itself is ok 12.5, i had 1/3 tub egg fried rice 2 syns, handful of chips, syns unknown, and 9 prawn crackers , but that's a bonus as i could eat the whole pack 🤣🤣already had a pk crisps today 7.5 syns so not holding my breath even for a maintain tomorrow 🤣Sealed pot challenge number 003 £350 for 2015, 2016 £400 Actual£345, £400 for 2017 Actual £500:T:T £770 for 2018 £1295 for 2019:j:j spc number 22 £1,457Stopped Smoking 22/01/15:D:D::dance::dance:- 5 st 1 1/2lb :dance:0 -
Good idea to just go to the hotel to save a middle of the night evacuation again.
I wouldn't worry about the extra syns today as you probably haven't had that many during the week so you probably haven't gone over for the week. Good luck for WI tomorrow.0 -
