Hi all,
I’m the queen of self-sabotage particularly with chocolate and I’m sure we all have days/weeks like that @Longwalker. Just think that today is a new day and that means a clean slate to start over J
I cooked a double portion of rice last night and took a takeaway box out of the freezer which was full of veg chilli. This morning I divided it up, so that was lunch today and prepped for tomorrow. Breakfast was blueberries, blueberry wheat pillows and mullerlight. Dinner is sausage jambalaya from the app. I bought porkie lights which are 2.5 each so will syn 5 for that. Have also planned another run before work tomorrow.
It’s week 10 in my (new) job and this is the first week I’ve felt properly well – no TOTM, covid, cystitis, sore throat. Makes such a difference not having any of that dragging me down. Sure a lot of the weight gain has been comfort eating!
I don’t think I’ve lost anything this week as my weekend was off plan, however I am ever hopeful! I have lunch out after group on Saturday at Jimmy’s Buffet so hoping there will be something suitable – anyone been?
Shame about the 1lb @maman but whoohoo to still being in target #welljel Would your half a Crunchie do for the interval at the theatre? And what are you seeing (apologies if you’ve said before… brain fog).

Just debating what to do. We are out for Sunday lunch and then away for a couple of days midweek in a hotel with a valentines meal etc. Just wondering whether to take a break from weighing in next Friday? What would you do?
Todays plan:
B wholemeal muffin (HEB), pea shoots and scrambled egg
L tomatoes and SW hummus
D BGTY sausage and tomato pasta with some cheddar (1 syn plus HEA)
WI tomorrow morningDebt free and Keeping on Track0 -
As a target member I definitely wouldn't go to WI but while losing I tried to go every week but when things were definitely going to be off plan on some days then it was a case of Good when I can and Careful when I can't. Could you be good on the day's when you're not eating out and careful on the days when you are? If you don't think you can then it may be worth booking a day's holiday and then getting back on plan and maybe doing some SP days on return to give you the best chance of STS or a small loss.
Only you can make the decision of what is best for you to do.
Looking at today's menu you don't seem to actually be eating very much. Did you really just have some tomatoes and hummus for lunch? You could have synned a couple of Ryvita or a slice of bread to add a bit of bulk to it - you've only got 1 syn showing for today.

@joedenise thank you. Yes, I was talking with a friend at group who is struggling to lose and someone else mentioned that we weren't eating enough. I have had bigger portions this week. I thought back to the first week I joined and I was eating more then.
I have decided that yes I am going to WI next week. If I don't then I won't be careful the other days. I will enjoy my meals out, but be careful what I eat the other days.Debt free and Keeping on Track0 -

Hope you're ok bubbs and will escape any flooding.
Longwalker well done on staying dry again! You do sound down though so hope that doesn't last long for you.
Thanks to you and the others for the big knickers support (pun intended)
Maddiemay amazing loss!
I was at WI last night. Had been worrying about my evening munchies but I shall fret no more! 3lbs loss!
Very happy with that.
I think another 2.5lbs and that will be my 2 st. (2st 4lbs in total now with what I had lost just before SW).
I'm one stone off the target that I set, thinking it was realistic, but I think I need maybe another one as well. Will see how I feel if I get to that first target.0 -
