Well done to those who have lost.
Shaken up by the news that one of our lovely colleagues, younger than me (about 50 I think) has had a pretty serious stroke. Hospital decided she hadn't had a stroke so didn't treat her, despite all signs there and her family pushing the doc. FAST test all signs were there.
By the time they decided to do a scan and see that she had indeed had a stroke, it was too late to treat. I'm furious on her behalf. She can move two fingers and toes on her left hand just the tiniest bit. Hoping she will get some improvement but not looking good right now.
I'm glad I had already started to try to get healthier and this has made me more determined to make it a long-term life change.0 -

@Longwalker I have not tried skimmed UHT only the semi, do you use any powdered milk, how much starter, and how long ferment please? I have followed one or two methods from the FB 15 in 1 thread and it is great, but have always needed to strain it - fridge space is a bit of a problem in doing that (strainer and jug very tall) Usually use Aldi FF Greek yogurt, but nice to have lots available and cheaper.Longwalker said:@Nornironrose, its free
