Feel better soon @joedenise
Well, we have sunshine today! Cannot believe it. We went for a walk on a Cornish hedge. Then we had a coffee at the cafe (no food)! Then we went to a local farm and I fed some piggies and we had a picnic lunch outside. In the afternoon some veggies planted and weeding done. I feel I have got some body magic in there!

Well done Rose we get new stone awards and stickers too 😁 the yoghurt would be free but hexa i guess.
Well todays food been a a bomb again 🙈 about the highest thing i could have , a greggs steak bake 🤣 chinese was on plan though 🤣🤣within syns anyway.
Been hectic day, coming to the van we are staying at, DH fixing the leek so we had water and heating (she did ask him if he could do this and she would pay him) but the bit he got first didn't fit, homebase, screw fix and then a plumbing centre later we have the right bit! Then he had his injection in his knee so had to leave here at 1.30 for that, then went shopping to buy fresh stuff, went back to the hotel to pick lap tops up, went and got a chinese and a bit later we are going back to the hotel as paid for 2 nights so sleeping there tonight! I slept really well last night think all the stress finally caught up with me!
Tomorrow we need to go down his work , he is actually booked off on holiday from a week on Monday but going to see if he can change it too this week as not allowed to do any heavy lifting and be walking alot, he's on his feet 8 hrs a day at work so just going to ask if he can change it. I don't think there will be a problem, if not they need to give him alot of sitting down work.Sealed pot challenge number 003 £350 for 2015, 2016 £400 Actual£345, £400 for 2017 Actual £500:T:T £770 for 2018 £1295 for 2019:j:j spc number 22 £1,457Stopped Smoking 22/01/15:D:D::dance::dance:- 5 st 1 1/2lb :dance:1 -

I meant to post the other day @Longwalker that your clothes shopping was a much deserved NSV. 👍 Funnily enough, I treated myself to 2 nighties when I was in Belfast last year. Only Primark but my old ones were like dishrags.

@MrsPorridge, sounds like just the sort of day I enjoy. I love being outside, add piggies ( any animal ) to the mix and its perfect
And warm enough to be planting out already? This is why we stopped growing, we wouldn't get anything in until at least March, usually April. Made for a very short growing season and lots of fails.
@coxy11, Marmite chicken pasta??? Sounds bloody yuck and Im a marmite lover lol. People talking during a film near me soon get short shift from me, unless its a matinee full of kids and Im there with the grandkids, Height of bad manners talking whilst others are watching. Step son is a nightmare if we are watching a film here at home, hes the attention span of a gnat, I end up switching the film off@Maman, you have just reminded me, we are for Edinburgh in March, they have Primark and John Lewis, - looks like Ill be getting my nighties thenI never knew you were over, how did you like this small part of the country?
@Bubbs, I bet you are flipping knackered !!!So another day over, another day of being totally on plan - go meAND today was the first of Feb - dry January has been done, and I still haven't had a drink
Now Im being honest here, I was doing really well today, full of beans and feeling good , no intention of having a drink. Then on the way home - text message - Thats is, Dry January done, had a drink yet? " and that was it - the thought of having a drink popped into my head and believe me, it was a wrestle with myself I was walking about Lidl going I can have a drink, Ive done it, its February . Then arguing with myself - you want that new front number, you want to have a good loss this week , so no drink today. Maybe tomorrow - its Friday , you deserve a drink. Oh it went round and round - and I talked myself out of it
Rang my friend and said will we walk?, so in the door, put the shop away, stuck the yoghurt on, changed into walking boots and went for a 3 miler. Time I got back it was a mad rush to get the dinner cooked and the notion passed
I just cant believe what a battle I had, really quite scared me tbh.Still I have Wi in Saturday, Ill not risk this weeks work, getting this last 7lb is important to me , right now its more important then a scotch0
