Hope you've warmed up nicely by now @bubbs.😊

Congratulations on your loss @VALM. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 You've obviously got right back into the zone and batch cooking and  planning ahead is perfect. Do you have a target you want to lose/date you'd like to reach it?

Sorry you got a small gain @Jellybaby. I'm sure your good week will catch up PDQ. 🤞🏼

Are you having to pay yet for going below target @bubbs?🤔

I didn't manage to post yesterday as had a busy day. The good news is that I was out and driving in the evening so no wine syns. I was dancing too and just took a pasta salad with me to eat so only syns were in LTL mayo and 1 profiterole that someone forced me to eat! I'm counting 6 syns max for those plus the 3 syns for my half Crunchie at the football. That's a lot less than I'd normally have on a Saturday.

Have a great holiday @joedenise. Hopefully there will be some fresh/healthy food on offer in the AI hotel. It's not just for SW but I find I can only take just so much stodge and deep fried stuff then I start craving veg.

    Today's EE plan-
B- HEB toasted muffin, HEA milk, fried eggs (P), baked beans (F)
    L- Spanish omelette (P,F,S), ham (P), pickles (S)
D- JO roast pork (P), roast potatoes (F), much Speed veg (S)
Syns- HM gravy 4, weekend wine😁

I'm sure you're right @VALM. I'm sure losing weight will help with walking.

I know that since I've lost weight my dancing is so much better. I'm literally lighter on my feet and stamina has improved. I did every dance on the programme last night and we didn't hang about between dances either as we needed to stay warm. 😁

That airer sounds brilliant @bubbs. Mine takes up so much space but I can hide it away in a spare room (duvet cover over it now). Where did you get an over door one? 🤔

    Evening everyone,

So glad to hear you have gas now @bubbs - ridiculous that it went on so long.
    Happy holidays @joedenise!! xx
    Whoohoo 3 weeks @Jellybaby !!

We had a great time on Friday - meal was lovely and we had 3 tastings plus a drink to accompany the meal. By then I was in s0d it mode and had a glass of red. Met DSis and BIL in the pub down the road and had a rum n coke! Went to the farm shop for brunch yesterday and had scrambled egg on granary with smoke salmon, then SW carbonara in the evening. We met friends for drinks after - another 4 rum n cokes but I did dance....A LOT.....

Today has been a day of shopping for DD's graduation dress and gardening! Have just had a bath as my back is a bit sore. Dinner is roast pork, cabbage, cauli cheese (I will only have a little) and roasties. Leftovers will form some kind of stir fry tomorrow evening.

Back on plan fully tomorrow - line drawn.
