Hi everyone. Went to Group yesterday. Lost 2lbs and was SOTW. Did some batch cooking yesterday. I made 2 soups - cauliflower cheese and veg and a fritata. Thats breakfast and lunch taken care of untillThursday. Im going to make a vegetarian lasagne today.
We went out for a Nepalese meal last night. I had Mo Mos to start and Chicken Sag for my main with rice and naan bread i ate sone Green & Blacks mint chicolate when we got back. Still havent had a drink though.
We're having steak for dinner tonight. Other meal plans are lasagne tomorrow, creamy tomato pasta on Tuesday, chicken stir fry Wedbesday abd probably salmon stir fry Thursday and Friday.

Morning all, this will probably be my last post for a couple of weeks as will be leaving home about 5am!!! That's the thing I hate about morning flights but also like the fact that we get where we're going early afternoon rather than arriving in the dark.
@Jellybaby - don't beat yourself up over a small gain. You'll soon lose that. Bet you're looking forward to 3 weeks time! You might find it easier to stick to plan once you aren't working.
Well done @VALM on your loss and SOTW. The Nepalese meal sounds good. We had Nepalese quite a while ago now but when we went to look for the restaurant a couple of years ago it had closed down and become a fast food chicken place - not what we were looking for at all. Meals for this week look good and very much on plan - don't think I've ever had a salmon stir fry!
🤞 @bubbs that the gas arrives today. It gets so expensive heating with electric! Is it the end of the month when you have to move out? Is that for 1 or 2 months?
Today's plan is OK to start but dinner is most definitely holiday mode!
B - fry up with HM sausage patties (LO mix from yesterday) - P; S; F.
L - burger, onions, gherkins, soft pitta - HEB; S; 0.5.
D - HM cornish pasty! About 35 syns probably!!!!
HEA. - milk.
HEB - soft pitta.
Syns - loads.
Have a good day everyone.

Afternoon all,
I have a smile, gas is being filled as we speak 😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁so pigs do fly 🤣🤣🤣
Our electric is actually cheaper than gas, we only pay 20p a unit for electric as still on an old fixed rate. BUT if you have fires on can'y have drier on or put kettle on as it trips!
We leave by 6pm 31st jan, we are at hotel, then we go to caravan till 1st March and then home .
I have got the chicken already in the air fryer and was going to do veg in stages in microwave, but not it can go in the oven and pans!
