Feeling really annoyed with myself  1/2 lb gain at WI today.  But, its my own fault as I haven't managed to stay on plan since beginning of December.   The last few weeks I've been gaining and losing around 1/2 to 1lb.   I really have to draw a line under it all and am starting off again tomorrow morning.  I've prepped some overnight oats ready for breakfast.

    Evening all

No we have not got gas, i really lost the plot today more than yesterday, they were ringing me back this afternoon , guess what they have not! Today for some reason it really upset me, DH goes can't change it till they deliver , now he is the one that usually loses it!

I do have the air fryers , slow cooker etc but that is not the point ,it's heating, water and cooking. Glad i didn't give my actifry away as used that and the double one today. There is a tiny tiny bit of gas, about 2% so set heating for 15 mins before we got up so had hot water for a shower and then turned it off.

Now supposed to be tomorrow, not holding my breath!!

I had a mushroom  omelette in the omelette maker, salad and spoonful of beans for lunch
Fake kfc done in actifry and salad for tea.

I'm feeling for you @bubbs. It's infuriating that you've got no heating at the coldest time of the year.🥶☹️

Glad to hear you're able to cook so hot food is something.

    🤞it comes tomorrow. 🤗

Morning all, supposed to be dry but cold again today - well it was certainly cold in my living room when I got up so fire has been lit even though the heating is on as well and it is still only up to 18 degrees!

I'd be crying too @beanie if I had no gas for heating.  Really hope your gas turns up today @bubbs - it's diabolical to have no gas at this time of the year when you rely on it so heavily.  Good job you've got your air fryers to be able to cook something hot.

    Today's plan:

B - fry up with home made pork and apple sausages (that was fun!) - P; S; F; 1
L - special egg fried rice to use up the bits of veg left in the fridge (apart from a few mushrooms for tomorrow!)
D - chicken wrapped in bacon, roast potatoes, roasted veg, green veg - P; S; F; part HEA2

    HEA1 - milk
    HEA2 - Primula light
HEB - probably Ryvita with Primula light
    Syns - apple sauce 1

    Have a good day everyone.

    Afternoon all 😁

1lb on for me but still out bottom of target.

Well surprise surprise, still no gas 😫 DH looked on the account online and date had been changed too tomorrow, everyday it keeps changing!! If it does not come tomorrow I'll be on the phone 8 am Monday , but then DH says don't wind yourself up about it! MEN!!

So i had a bacon (done on george) and scrambeld egg (done in microwave)and tomato pitta, as couldn't have egg wraps but that means 2 pitta today if i can do my pizza in air fryer 🤔

That is so bad @bubbs.  I can't understand your DH saying don't wind yourself up but then he doesn't have to do the cooking and change things because you can't use the hob!  How are you managing for heat without gas?

Oh @bubbs you are having an awful run of expense and problems, I hope the gas people will get their act together on Monday for you, sending virtual hugs.

So, WI didn’t go well - 2 on 😥 and that’s with no alcohol and staying well within syns. I did have a few high syn things during the week to use them up but counted everything in and still had about 20 syns spare. I don’t feel as bloated, just pee’d off!!

Food today has been banana and coffee in group, ham salad roll and fruit tea at mums and dinner shortly is spag bol with Parmesan.

    Hope everyone else is well.
