Well done on your loss @bubbs.👏👏👏 Would you be happy to have a lower target? I'm asking because when I go below, it starts to make my neck and arms look scraggy. 🤔

I'm so envious of the Cornish pasty @MrsPorridge. Next time I have a break between WIs I'm going to have one and a fish supper which I'm fancying at the moment. 😋

It's strange how bodies hang on to the pounds if you don't eat enough. Glad SW is designed to eat as much as you like (of the right things).👍

I'm intrigued about the Muslim pantomime @NornironRose. Do tell us how it goes.

That's an amazing amount of batch cooking @Jellybaby. HM ready meals are perfect for when you're pushed for time or CBA to cook. 😁

I think the sugar free syrup could be syn free @Sarahwithlove . Check it out on the app. Your menu for today is really good. 👍

Hope Joe's scan went well @joedenise. I don't blame you making a day of it while you are in Canterbury. I'm sure you found something suitable for lunch.

The guy in Farmfoods came up trumps so I'm stocked up with Frylight for the foreseeable. At 99p, I've saved £££.😁

    Today's EE plan -
B- HEB toast, eggs, bacon (P), baked beans (F), HEA milk for drinks
    L - LO casserole (P, F, S)
    D- sausage casserole (P, S), penne (F)
Syns - Aldi sausages 1, weekend wine 😁

Evening all, DH's scan was a contrast one which they hadn't told him and due to being on blood thinners his arm was bleeding quite a bit but stopped eventually after he sat down pressing the dressing for a good 10 minutes - he doesn't normally bleed very much.

Well done @bubbs on the loss.  Are you going to lower your target as you seem to be dropping out of bottom end quite a bit recently.

Well done @MrsPorridge on your loss.  You'll soon be back where you were and hopefully even a bit more this week.

Well done @Jellybaby on the batch cooking.  You're definitely set for a while with the HM ready meals.

@Sarahwithlove - great menu today!  @maman is right that the SF syrup is Syn Free.

We ended up in Weatherspoons and I had the char grilled half chicken (skin removed) with a Mediterranean salad - very nice it was too.  No idea on syns but wouldn't think more than a couple for a bit of oil in the salad; I didn't eat the coleslaw as I know that would be quite high with the full fat yoghurt!  I had a couple of G&Ts as well.

Got plenty of steps in walking around Canterbury!  The river was much higher than normal - of course expected that with the amount of rain we've had lately.

I am thinking about it, but i know if i change it i will end up not bloody losing!! I will only change by 1/2 stone, so think that's another 2 lb to lose to get to it.

Denise glas DH got on ok, DH caught me with the tape gun on my finger last night i was holding a box he was taping, the bloody thing was bleeding for about an hr!! I couldn't get it to stop, was only 3 little nicks just below my nail but it was dripping!

Sugar free syrup depends on the make, lots are 1/2 syn a tbsp

Glad your finger finally stopped bleeding @bubbs!  Did you try pressing a dressing or some cotton wool on it for a while, that usually works.  If you lose another 2lb you'll be at the next target anyway and if you lose a bit more you'll still be in target!

I checked the sugar free syrups from Costa @bubbs and they are Free so that's what Sarah had.

If you don't want to drop target @bubbs, I think you're back to weighing in your coat with stones in the pockets! 🤣

Morning all, It's looking quite nice weather this morning.  Was very grey first thing but the sun is shining now but it's really cold out there!  I had to do a bit of washing last night as DH got blood on his jumper so stuck in a few other bits with it, all of which is now out on the line.

Couldn't help laughing when I read your comment @maman!

    Today's plan:

    B - sausage sandwich - HEB; 4
    L - LO spicy carrot and lentil soup - P; S; F
D - Fakeaway KFC, chips, corn on the cob, baked beans - P; F; 4

    HEA - milk
    HEB - bread
Syns - LF spread 2; LF sausages 2; instant mash powder 4.  May have a couple of 0% G&Ts this evening 0.5

    Have a good day everyone.
