I've previously decluttered 2 bath sheets that I wasn't keen on to a family member, plus a sachet thing you can either freeze or put in the microwave to someone in church.
Friday I decluttered 2 huge bags of books to a place I volunteer at.
Today at church I decluttered 2 hand weights, 2 wrist/ankle weights, 1 mirror, a hoodie, 2 small plants and a barely used and still pretty new hairdryer.
I've 2 kettle bells pending to go, but hopefully should be gone in the next couple of weeks.
I've still got a bag of bits on the go for the charity shop.
I hope/aim to keep chipping away at decluttering, but also make a start on tidying up and organising my stuff a bit better.Decluttering campaign 2023

It was DD's birthday today, so had quite a bit in and so been weeding other things out to compensate. Tried to talk to DS about his room (I don't tidy it anymore - that's his job), but it is still too rammed in my opinion. He has been watching SYLO with me and we had a discussion about weeding out things so he's left with only the stuff he loves and can find it and also keep his room tidy easily. We also talked about him liking everything, but if he hasn't ever used it and in reality won't be using it, then it is getting in the way of the things he really loves. We shall see if that makes a difference. He did say he would like less stuff in his room. Maybe I'll pick a random area every few days and see if he can find a couple of things to go from it until it's more under control.Digital:

wow that dress!! you are so clever @Florafauna !!So last week I was on the forum, cant remember which thread it was and they were talking about somewhere on the suffilk coast i hadn't heard of, so I went off to right move and check it out (as you do!!) and in one of the pictures I saw a home gym in a log cabin ~ which sent me off in a dizzy spin to pinterest and FB market place. Just a few days later I have remodled my art studio (which Im currently failing to use) into a half art studio and half gym. I picked up a bargain exercise bike, ony 3 months old and also a rowing machine also like new. These are now in situ and I will get a treadmill soon and some hand weights/ gym ball to add to it. DD is most happy, she has been asking and asking me to buy a gym membership for nearly a year since we had the David Lloyd club 2 week trial (which was too expensive for us to join properly!!!) Also hoping DS1 will use it as well as DH and me. Didnt want to spend too much money before knowing if we will actually use it!!!!So ive been sorting it out I have started a declutter. I think the sofa bed will have to go. We had though when we bouth the studio it would serve as a spare room, but it just get too cold for most of the year for my mum or MIL to use it and they would really be the only ones staying. I have so many paintings I seriously do not know what to do with them!!Anyway here is a pic of the tidy gym end (the gym so far!)And the art end, with in progress!!♥️ ♥️ ♥️🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸Decluttering 2025 So far 403 / 2025

Morning
I've been in the TLC carriage with a poorly shoulder, have seen a MSK guy and been given exercises and it is getting better slowly.
FlowerPot - wow lovely gym and craft space.
Mrs S_D - love the matching hat scarf and gloves set.
I've declutered some used ink cartridges to the collection point in the zero waste shop and some paperwork via the shredder and recycling bin.
Have tackled a medium frog by sorting out my pension with a phone call to the LG pension scheme.
I've decluttered all DD2's birthday gifts and Easter eggs to her as she was home this weekend. I bought 2 swimming costumes in different sizes so need to return one.
I'll be glad to declutter Monday as it's my day in the office and I was off ill and on leave half of last week so I've got lots to catch up on at work.
Love to all and hooray for a 4 day week - if you're in a FT office job

Florafauna - the dress is great. Never used double gauze - is it easy to work with?
~FlowerPot~ - love the gym and art space.
I have been to SA this morning - needed to sort yesterday's donations. After doing that - I left by the front door to be confronted with black sacks of donations ripped open and strewn about by the recycling hopper. So I cleared that up before coming home.
We have a full on week at SA - tonight is supper followed by a Holy week film so no cooking for me.
Mr F has gone to the charity shop with a trolley full of stuff.
9 months to Christmas Day today - will soon be starting on my makes.

I made it to the cs on Saturday after a couple of failed attempts, dropped my bags off and also left used batteries in to be recycled after reading about it online
I then went to the recycling for clothes that couldn’t be donated and glass bottles/jars
In the meantime I have finished 2 borrowed books and starting a third so hopefully won’t be too long until they are decluttered too

Monday is overcast & a bit chilly. I forgot to bring in the jackets/coats last night although I have been lucky as it didn’t rain 😮💨 They are dry but I will hang them up indoors to get the chill off before putting them away. DH & I are both up as we need to leave within the next hour as we have dental appointments. I am not looking forward to mine as it will be the first time I have met & been treated by the new dentist 😥
Thanks Florenceem 😊 Another busy day so I am not surprised that you are tired 😪 Hopefully things will slow down a little now that the table top sale is over 🤞
bamboo_socks, hopefully if you can break it down into smaller tasks ‘Project Clothing’ won’t feel so daunting 🤞
Florafauna, I love the dress 😊 Looks as if it will be lovely & cool in the summer 🙂
Excellent decluttering Soontobeoap 👏 You are definitely on a mission & very impressed that you are getting decluttered items out of your house as quickly as possible 😊 I hope that you have reassured your DH that as long as he is useful & ‘beautiful’ he is safe 😂😉
Will sign off here, as I need to get ready to head off. See you later 👋

Hello!
Wonderful dress and gym/art studio.
i managed to get up yesterday and went shopping with hubby…..well he did the trolley thing and I just hung on. Looking forward to getting better - I’m sure we ended up with far more than we actually needed!!!Also bought the dogs 2 stick toys which should have lasted longer than the 20 seconds that they actually did 🤬 hubby not impressed so he will complain about that.
Today I got up gone 12 and have managed a couple of bits. Think this will be a long process. I also weighed myself - heaviest I’ve ever been and can’t blame the C treatment or medication for all of that…..as much as I would like to!! Will try to eat sensibly as I eat very little throughout the day and then far too much in the evening.
Decluttering from the last week or so:
97 toothbrush
98 deodorant I seem to have an allergy to
99-101 ruined light bulbs
101-103 emails deleted
104 - waterproof stuff that was almost used up and couldn’t waterproof a sock 🤣
105 - pack of ruined Milton tablets I used to use for my water bladder when hiking
Have just rescued one of the balls that dog1 loves…..she couldn’t get to it even though she threw it down the stairs……⭐️⭐️⭐️🥇🥇🥇 2024 decluttering
