ordered around £40 of stuff on xmas day (12.30am, aka xmas eve night),

all arrived ok earlier this week - a couple of pyjama sets + a dressing gown down to £3 each, and 2 shirts

 must have been a lucky one.

I ordered on xmas day (about 4am) and my stuff has turned up today :j :j There are two item not in there and no note saying they are to follow so I assume they are out of stock, but they have taken the full amount out of my account so I may need to email them to find out whats happening  Very happy overall though to have received the items as I didnt expect to get anythiing after all this time :D

I also received my clothes this week :j, after ordering on Christmas Day at around 2pm. One item was cancelled a few days after, but everything else has now been delivered. I was missing one item in my first delivery, with no note informing me whether or not the item would follow in another delivery. I phoned up the customer service line (01925 672317), who told me that the item would arrive in another delivery, which it did two days later.:j

Still haven't received my Christmas Day order even though it says expected delivery date 8th-10th Jan. I am starting to give up hope.
Stopped smoking 27/12/2007, but could start again at any time

  • i've got someone else's delivery and HDN still haven't picked it up...despite being assured that they would pick it up yesterday and I stayed in for it!!!

m&s neeeeed to sort themselves out with their online ordering and delivery!
  • Well I got a phone call apology and £20 online credit so that goes some way to appease (although I'd rather not have to use their site again).

  • Was at Aberdeen M & S today - there was a few sale rails dotted about the store, ALL dresses and trousers - 3 pounds, ALL tops and underwear 1 pound.

Got great bargains - Per Una and Autograph tops from fifty pounds down to 1 pound. Got lovely dress from eighty pounds down to three. Spend so much on myself I thought I'd better visit the gents. There were suit jackets reduced from 120 - 150 pounds down to ten, matching trousers from seventy nine down to ten as well. Got OH two suits for 40 quid!!:T :T
  • the rest of my order was meant to be delivered 8-10 Jan
I spoke to customer services a couple of days ago - I have had one pair of children's tights (which came in two days) and the rest looks unlikely to come

I received a 25 pound credit though by way of apology which is received gratefully - I hope they sort the problems out

Check your orders as I have been charged postage on three orders which were £60+.

I have to call in the morning for a refund as they are well above the £30+ free delivery requirement.

I have also had one order "despatching soon" for one week now?!

After I emailed them chasing up my order I got a very similar email saying that the whole order had been cancelled. I had placed it on Christmas day at 8:30 am.

I've just called Customer Services and, after complaining, was put through to a supervisor. I have been offered a giftcard for £30 as compensation for not getting the goods. That goes nowhere near the savings I would have made if the order had been delivered.
The supervisor explained to me that Amazon had built the online ordering system for M&S but had failed to take into account that M&S stock levels are not unlimited! Rather a basic mistake to make!

I've had this happen each time something is cancelled off each order, and each time I phone up and they take the delivery charge off, and then they cancel something else off the order and the delivery charge gets applied yet again, and so it goes on

Make sure you keep checking it ;)

You just wouldnt belive a company this size could get it SO wrong would you?

Their online business is a complete shambles right now
