I placed my order at just about midnight on Xmas Eve. Got an email a couple of days later stating 2 items out of stock and also received 2 items within a week.
The rest of the 12 items were showing delivery between 8 - 10 January. Rang Tuesday to check and was told would be sending Wednesday. Rang Friday as still showing not despatched only to be told all items were out of stock and I would not be getting them. Credited me with £25 on my account as a way of apology.
08.30 this morning HDN knock at the door with a parcel containing the 12 items!!! My account is still showing "items for despatch soon".

Hardly anything left in Clapham Junction, I bought 3 tops at £2 each, I'd say there were about 25 items left on one rail, most of that was really tiny bra's and large mens trousers, they don't seem to have reduced everything to a silly price, I picked up a jumper that had a reduced to £9 sticker and asked for a price check and it came up as £9.0 -
A few bits and pieces in Basildon today - the absolute bargain was "The Royal Scot" OO gauge train set (apparently compatable with Hornby) - was £149, I got it for £9 - perfect for my model train mad brother! Also picked up a pair of fluffy ankle boot style slippers for my mum, £2 the pair.

I have just been on the phone to M&S trying to find out if I am actually going to get my order which was placed on Christmas Day. Apparently I am not going to get it, they just haven't got around to telling everyone who placed orders yet.
I rang them last Monday concerning an order I placed at around 11:35 on Christmas Eve. I was told that everything was out of stock and that I wouldn't be getting any of it, despite some the items going back on the site the week after the sale. I then got an email yesterday to say that my order has been dispatched. So don't give up hope yet!0 -
Just picked up a few bits in the Bath store - about 4 racks out, new ones brought out every 10-15 mins when the others had been ransacked! Not everything is down to £3 or £5 though, some still at £9. All bras were £1 or 50p.0

I was told my order had been dispatched on the 7th Jan, and was also showing online as dispatched, and payment taken from my credit card but nothing had been delivered by HDNL. I contacted M&S and was told that the order wasnt traceable, HDNL didnt have it, and they were unable to check if they still had it in their warehouse. I was really annoyed (because the money had been withdrawn from my card), so I spoke to their supervisor who apologised and credited my account with another £10 ( I have already had £15 because of the delay), arranged for a refund (46.50) by cheque, and was told that if the items did eventually arrive, I could keep them.
Next morning, knock at the door, and delivery of all of the items that i had ordered, bar 1 50p item thats meant to be following on the 24th Jan.
Absolutely crazy?!! Lets just see if the refund does actually come though?! I dont mind if it doesnt tbh, I just wanted my order!!
