I am tempted to try again to get an order in this sale as there is some lovely clothes for my lo but after the mess that was my xmas order i am un sure. I was offered £15 credit which i did say i did not want, i would like a gift card but customer services said they would put it on anyway incase i changed my mind. However on looking at my account and trying to buy some stuff it's not there, i went nearly all the way before it was final and no ''You have x amount of credit do you want to use it now'' is it worth ringing or just forget about it and not bother? What phone number have you lot had most luck with?:)Mummy to 2 wonderful boysWant to be fit for 30 not fat at 30but i want never gets!!!0

So sorry babybimbles that you are still suffering with the rest of us!
I really don't think they are sending the giftcards out! I can't understand where they are all going to if they are sending them! I also need to check what I have been charged as I'm very untrusting now sadly and don't think I can risk ordering in a sale again.
Please let us know if your giftcard ever comes!!
No it didn't / hasn't. I emailed and was called up. Unfortunately for me I was just getting over a migraine so I meekly accepted their apologies and promise that they would send me the giftcard and some flowers. What I really wanted is another giftcard on top but couldnt brave myself to ask. Im thinking of getting dh to phone up though!
Will inform when ANYTHING does finally arrive!0 -
I think in store the sales are nearly as bad - long queues, and that's after being elbowed/huffed at/ran down by shopping trollies
They cocked up an order of mine last year for birthday flowers for my Mum. They sent HER the cheque in MY name :eek:Member no.1 of the 'I'm not in a clique' group :rotfl:
I have done reading too!

I did end up ringing AGAIN after my problems at christmas and they gave a £25 credit i would have liked a gift card as i didn't really want to shop on-line again but i was happy as there was a few things i wanted and knew i wouldn't get them in store or at that price so i ordered. I was lucky to get all but one item however because of this they took the price of this off the credit not my own money spent it is only £3 but £3 worth of credit isn't any good i rathher have the cash as this isn't counted toward P&P is it really worth contacting them about this?
Also if i need to take anything back can i take it to a store? and would i have to show my delivery note as this does have prices on anyway?:)Mummy to 2 wonderful boysWant to be fit for 30 not fat at 30but i want never gets!!!0 -

I have taken stuff back no problem to a store, the delivery notes are computerised so it comes up with the price you paid on it.
Hope that helps0 -
