I spoke to manager called Chris Duffield (I think operations manager)
He said he would look into it and then said they had been an error. On Friday he told me the vouchers had physically been sent out but on Tuesday they still have not arrived. (gone back down to £100) My postman said there are no postal delays at the moment.

He also said as an apology we will send you some flowers and a bottle of wine or champagne. Funny enough got the email saying he has sent me a bunch of flowers but no wine - why say it if your not going to give the customer it? For some reason they are not sending flowers until 11th of feb? I have to wait for the apology as well (so changed it to the 14th so they can give me valentines flowers lol)

Left a message for him and when I speak to him tomorrow I am not getting of the phone until he agrees that I can collect them from my local store. Marks and spencers are a utter joke, lies, lies and more lies. I used to really have faith in them to put mistakes right but never again folks!

I know exactly how you feel yet when I complained they were telling me out of x thousand orders they do each day only a few go wrong etc etc I said I didn't care and it wasn't good enough plus I knew several of my friends (ie you lot!) who had had the same bad service, orders cancelled, not received etc etc. I was promised vouchers after the summer sale fiasco and got nothing and I am supposedly getting some this time but guess what they haven't turned up! I'm not holding my breath bu wish they would't promise things they can't dliver! Oh hang on a moment sounds like their online service!!

Well maybe there is hope!!
I hope they gave yo a good amount as for the amount of time I've spent going through my orders, checking emails, sending emails, phoning etc if they paid me for my time it would be a lot!! I would rather they took note of the complaints and did something about it so the service improved. Other companies cope during the sale and they used to so why can't they get it right!!

It is getting utterly ridiculous, they are now saying my order is due in April. So either they are making more, seems unlikely, or they are just going to put it off and off until eventually they wake up to the fact they don't have any stock.

I refuse to call to ask, as I know they will just cancel it, I am now using this as a bit of sport to see how long into the year it will continue!

Called and complained and she put a £25 promo on my account.

I have had a similar problem with M&S and rang them on several occasions as my order was a month late, after recieving only half of my items as the rest some how were out of stock....I recieved a gift voucher for £25 however, I did not recieve it in the post, it went onto my account online. Therefore, if I go and buy sumthing on m&s website I get £25 reduced from order.

Possibly thats why everyone else hasn't recieved them yet as they r on ur online account!

omg, came wandering to the i'ts gone, but was it any good to see the lush thread and saw this thread was still active.

I'm shocked - I still haven't received my giftcard of £50 either and it's been a month. I did call a while ago and they said it would take 14 days :mad: . I need to arrange a free evening to go through all my orders and confirmations plus my bank statements to see what I was charged, what I actually received, have all the refunds come through AND calculate all the extra delivery charges slapped on without my consent........ :mad:

So sorry babybimbles that you are still suffering with the rest of us!

I really don't think they are sending the giftcards out! I can't understand where they are all going to if they are sending them! I also need to check what I have been charged as I'm very untrusting now sadly and don't think I can risk ordering in a sale again.

Please let us know if your giftcard ever comes!!

I was given £25 credit on my account for the bad service but when I tried to order something it would not take the postage costs off even though my total order was still £38.50 after the £25 was taken off.
SO be waned if you use the voucher they give you as compensation you loose the free delivery!

I asked for the voucher to be sent instead - still waiting!
