As if it's not bad enough not receiving items due to cancellation. Now it seems I have an order that was apparently delivered on 14th Jan and signed for but someone using our surname. BUt the thing is we didn't sign for anything!! I've called M&S and sure they have refunded me but who the heck has my stuff??

Wow my Christmas day order now says dispatching soon!!!

Sadly I will be taking several items back as have since bought them instore but it's still a miracle!!

Only another 4 orders to wait for now!!!

I actually received my xmas order, but because of all the messing about i had trying to get it, my account was credited with £25. I ordered some nursery clothes for my ds, (non sale items) and have now been told three days after the due delivery date that these are out of stock aswell!

How are we actually able to spend these online credits if they dont even have stocks of new items?!!!

Mine said 1st-17th so I emailed them and oh what a surprise all my items are out of stock, heres a £10 voucher.
