Went to see Mum in Bath today, found the end of sale rails in the Ladies and Underwear depts.....loads of bras...38 and 40 D for me ...all £1....yipeeee....found matching knickers for some as well...all mainly Autograph range....went to pay at the Per Una counter and the prices on the tills were more expensive than the labels so they phoned up to ladies dept. who said "put all the sale stuff through for £1"....even bigger bargains....so 7 bras...8 pairs of knickers...2 pairs of trousers....2 jackets....and 5 tops...£24...
    ADOPT DONT SHOP......🐕🐕🐕🐕
  • It would be worth a visit if you are particularly minuscule in the under-boob area (how delicately am I putting this) as they had loads of bras with a chest size of 30 - plenty if you're a 30A, but even going up to improbable sizes such as 30D - I didn't think that was physically possible unless you were a cartoon character/had had extreme surgery...

So no bras left for the more, ahem, generously endowed amongst us - clearly we're well built in Yorkshire! ;)[/quote]

Aye Appen you are lass !!
    :o Tasty fish
  • I finally got things sorted with my m&s order as they took money from me on the day I was told my order was cancelled. The order did arrive but was worth less than the amount they took from me due to cancelled items, eventually I've been refunded the original amount they took for everything and I get to keep my items!

Also, they've said they will send paper vouchers to me. Has anyone received any through the post yet who have also had problems and been offered vouchers as compensation? I'm not sure how long to wait before I chase them up on their offer!

Just back from M&S at the Fort Birmingham. 4 rails by the stairs. I asked one of the assistants if everything was reduced again ( hoping for £3 and £1 bargains!) she said some were. So I dragged hubby round and went the checkout with 12 things, and asked her to check them for me! I ended up with 4 things, they were all reduced from £9 to £5. So no drastic reductions yet, and nothing for £1 :o

    Ordered on 25th

heard nothing even though items were showing as estimated dispatch 10th jan, emailed this morning just got this reply.

    Thanks for your email.

Unfortunately every item on your order has been cancelled due to them being out of stock, This is because they are sale items and we have also had a high demand for these items.

I can also confirm that no money has been taken out of your account.

I am sorry for any inconvenience caused.

    Kind Regards

I got the same email twice. Both orders had items cancelled one or two at a time till none left. I should have learned my lesson at the summer M&S sale and not bothered. Hope someone from Marks and Spencers is reading this. I started with over 30 items in 2 orders placed in the early hours of Christmas morning and got nothing. Very moneysaving:rolleyes:
  • I am still waiting for my delivery which was meant to be coming YESTERDAY!!

Am not very impressed  .

    What a shambles !!!!!!!

After I emailed them chasing up my order I got a very similar email saying that the whole order had been cancelled. I had placed it on Christmas day at 8:30 am.

I've just called Customer Services and, after complaining, was put through to a supervisor. I have been offered a giftcard for £30 as compensation for not getting the goods. That goes nowhere near the savings I would have made if the order had been delivered.

The supervisor explained to me that Amazon had built the online ordering system for M&S but had failed to take into account that M&S stock levels are not unlimited! Rather a basic mistake to make!
