XOLEEB - for your information
The ladies I refer to were Jamaican as they TOLD ME SO !!!, and they were sending most of their goodies home to relatives in Jamaica. We actually had a great conversation, as I have just returned from Sandals in Ocho Rios, which incase you didn't know, is in beautiful Jamaica. As my posting states I was dead jealous of their shop today ....
We accept your apology0 -
I placed my order at about 11am on Xmas Day, and after calling them to chase the order up it was dispatched yesterday, less 1 item that was out of stock. I also got an apology, and a £15 credit for the inconvenience. Not too shabby for me!
Hope everyone whos had problems gets them sorted out.0 -

Has anybody got any idea where credits show up on your M&S account as I can't find anything online?
I was wondering the same thing, but it comes up as a discount when you place your next order online. I ordered nursery clothes for my ds today, and they automatically just took the remainder from my card.

Sorry for not getting back to you, i reported the abusive post to mse and glad to see they have removed it:money:
Its the brown one, it was the last one there and fitted me perfectly, it would have to for £3 though!
Good luck in getting the difference back, can you take it back for a refund and buy it again?0 -

So, the final status of my order placed in the early hours of Christmas day. One item was cancelled a week later. One item arrived a week and a half later. The last item was cancelled 4 days later, but was showing as in stock so I re-ordered it. I phoned them yesterday because I was charged the full cost of all three items on 28th December and have not had anything refunded for the 'out of stock' items. I was told that third item was definitely on its way so she couldn't do a refund on the other items or the postage for it or it would cancel itself.
E-mail today - item out of stock. I've still paid for all three items. They'll be getting another phone call today.0 -
I had an email early this morning from M&S to say my items have been despatched for delivery! All 7 of them, so fingers crossed they will turn up soon. I ordered them Boxing Day and didn't think I would get any of them after reading about everybody elses probs on here. There's hope yet

Went to Northampton store this morning, had loads of lovely nighties, dressing gowns (some Autograph) for £1 - £3, they went in minutes ......
They also had ladies knickers in a box for 20p
One of my friends got some great mens pyjamas and socks for 50p.
After my previous disappointing experiences with M & S online, I didn't bother with their online sale this time, hope those still waiting receive their orders. It may still be worthwhile trying your local store at dead on opening time and charge for the sale corner !!
Anyone know if anything at Milton Keynes store, I know usually they like to clear everything out quick and it gets distributed to smaller stores0 -
Had to laugh, i just saw on the news that Marks & Spencer has reported a significant slow down in sales and that shares in the company have plummeted :rotfl: That's because people keep cancelling there orders as they are c**p at fullfilling orders in the first place so people won't buy with them again i know i won't on-line. Rang yesterday as STILL no email back from them. Man totally agreed with what i said, He said there is a huge backlog of emails they need to reply to but surely they have got to mine it's over a week ago by now. He also said i was given wrong info on p&p not being allowed on sale items and that as long as order is over £30 you get it free even if a item goes out of stock. He gave me my refund on P&P no voucher, however on looking at my account it hasn't been done.:)Mummy to 2 wonderful boysWant to be fit for 30 not fat at 30but i want never gets!!!0

zztopgirl - You were very lucky getting it for £3, its a lovely coat. Darent take it back as i really like it and someone else just might pick it up before me. (had to do a lot of "hovering" around to get it back last time, think they thought i was a shoplifter!) Really pleased i got it down to £19 anyway. Are the blue ones reduced, they still showing 49.50 online.0
