We are all entitled to an opinion, im afraid MSE isnt the place to go judging those of us who are trying to get a bargain in the sales.

zztopgirl, the coat you bought wasnt by any chance a moleskin belted on ewith fake fur collar (in brown or blue) was it? Just that the one i bought before xmas was 49.50, took it back after xmas and bought it again for £19.

Erm - what about the other £29 you took for an item you never had in stock?? Still waiting for an answer to the question and the money back - will have to keep an eye on my account. Quite worrying that these idiots have access to all your card details!

To add insult to injury, the bath fizzers must have been delivered today but they are too big to go through door so have to go to post office to collect - grrr!!!

Has anybody got any idea where credits show up on your M&S account as I can't find anything online?

They are the same as AMAZON (amazon run the online are of m&S) when you go into the order it says at the top "you have received a refund on this order" then at the bottom shows the date refunded... or it should do...

Is it the brown one? They only had blue ones left in my store otherwise i would take a visit and change it again.

I ordered 7 items on 26 Dec, estimated delivery date was 8-10 January right from the beginning and this hasn't changed over the last 2 wks. It still says it now, shouldn't it change to being packed or something? How do I find out more about what is happening to my order as it seems in limbo. Should I email them and ask?

the m&s internet shopping model is based on amazon's model (ableit not very successfully because it is only since m&s changed their website that all these stock problems occurred!!)

I would phone them up as you'll get an answer much quicker and some people have been given compensation (gift vouchers or money off next internet order) though i have never received anything (sob sob )

Its all very confusing I emailed to complain re M&S and ordering and got a phone call from someone at Amazon.. so obviously even the staff have no clue...

I was complaining why it says despatches in 1 day until you place the order then it changes to 7 days etc.... he reccommended Amazon Prime... Oh said I... didnt realise I could use Amazon Prime shipping for M&S orders...:mad:
