After reading all the posts here can anyone advise. I placed an order worth £75 Approx on xmas day very early 12.30am. A few days later had couple of emails saying some items were out of stock. My order was split into 2 deliverys got one on 30th Dec for £18 worth which was mostly gift wrap etc. Checked oline and stated next del aprox 12th Jan this was for mainly PJ's. Have since been online to my account and there is no record of this order, had no emails stating no longer in stock and to top it all my account shows no parcels have been despatched to me since Sep 07 which was my last order before this.!!!!!!!0

I've just called them, because I still I have quite a bit outstanding that should have been dispatched between the 2 and the 4th, i'm totally surprised as she said its all in stock and will be dispatched on the 8th and delivered on the 10th :T0

i received my final order today!

Had an email today saying that one of my orders placed in the early hours of Christmas Day has actually been despatched:j However, the other placed a bit later is still just sitting there with nothing happening at all. Suppose I should be grateful to get one though in view of all the problems people are having. So don't give up, it takes a while but it can still happen.Stopped smoking 27/12/2007, but could start again at any time :eek:0

I received another despatch email and just a few minutes ago received 2 emails stating some of the items I ordered are oos I can see what items have been cancelled on one order, but not on any other, maybe it will update tomorrow
I'm still quite pleased that I'm managing to get some things.

Am still waiting for part of my order to be despatched that was placed on Xmas Day. Actually managed to place it just before midnight on Xmas Eve but still received e-mail for some items out of stock - due to high demand and first come first served basis??? - anyway my question is - will the goods yet to be despatched, be charged at the the price they are now in store at, as there have been even more reductions.
Can't see anywhere on their site whether they adhere to this policy or not.

As you may notice this is my first posting. The reason is the shoddy service that M&S are currently giving. I ordered as many did on Christmas day. On boxing day I had an email saying 3 of my 10 items were out of stock and I noticed that I was being charged the £3.50 delivery even though my order was well over £30. So I rang then an asked the lady if the rest of the order was in stock. She said yes and it would be despatched on the 7th Jan and received 8-10th . I then had another email on New year's eve saying another 2 items were out of stock and last week another email saying a further items was out of stock. I went on line to check my order and noticed that the delivery charge had re-appeared so I again telephoned them to have it removed. The lady said the rest of my order was in stock and would be despatched on 7th. That day I also emailed them letting them know of my disappointment in their service and asking them to confirm that the order would be despatched, No reply has ever been received to this. So last night i went on line to check to see if my remained 4 items had been despatched only to find that there is no sight nor sign of the order, and my aco!!!! says my last order was in October. All I can say is what a terrible service. As the same thing happened to me in the summer sale! Do you think the items actually exist? I shall ring them later today but I don't hold out much hope of seeing my order. I just feel I've wasted my time, first of all the hour or so it took me to look through the site to see what I wanted to order, then further time in emailing and then the money in ringing them.
