I ordered on xmas day, heard nothing until yesterday was convinced it would be cancelled, but luckily I got email saying all items despatched yesterday.
I hope its true and it does all comeAlways on the hunt for a bargain0 -
Went into my local Northampton store this morning, everything reduced to 50p or £1 to clear. Some amazing bargains to be had (or at least should have been had), four Jamaican ladies took EVERYTHING and I mean everything off the rails and walked to the side of store and spent the next 2 hours fighting over who was to have what. To top it all, a M & S assistant carried out about 20 new items and put them on the rail and one of the ladies barged out all other customers and grabbed the lot  There looked some lovely clothing not just oddments. Oh well, guess I'm just jealous :rolleyes:0

shock horror!!
got my delivery today. lol
and its all there. (except the one item them told me would be out of stock)
since i ordered to when its been delivered, two items have been further reduced so i would've saved a further £3 but... i'm sooo not bothered. atleast i got the stuff.'I love being married. It's so great to find the one special person you want to annoy for the rest of your life' :heartpuls0 -
:T I have been reading this site for days, reading all about your disappointments and frustrations with M&S. I placed an order with them on xmas day and was not holding my breath waiting for my order to appear but, knock on the door 1/2 hour ago and there was my order (complete!), so its not all bad service. For every bad luck story, there's some good ones!0

My Boxing day order has been dispatched. 2 items have been taken off but still pleased that the other items are finally on their way.

I ordered with m&s in the sale it was my first time and may i say never again half of the items ordered were out of stock then they email me to say my card was declined even though there was money in then they charge me twice this site is a joke
I had that email too(my card was declined), maybe thats their new tactic to avoid selling their sale stock. It worked perfectly ok 3 months ago and was exactly the same card.0 -
Ive just come back from M&S again, was looking at some shoes when a lady came up and said they arent the price shown of £5, they are now £3.
Anyway, found a coat with sale price tag of £19(was £49.50) so thought i would chance it, was reduced to £3.:T
Sa told me that price labels of £5 are reduced to £3 and £3 labels are reduced to £1, the shoes, although marked up as £5, came up as £9 and the sa told me i could have them for £7 and no less, i dont think so! I told her i wouldnt have them but she still tried to charge me for the shoes. Ive done pretty well despite getting nothing off the website this time round.0 -

I am so annoyed with the M&S Online Sale I felt I had to join MSE and join in the big debate!
I ordered a coat for my husband before Christmas (full price) and had no problems at all, prompt delivery, etc.
Ordered myself a coat on Christmas Eve (well about 12.30 on Christmas morning). It was £29 so I added some Snowman bath fizzers for £1 to qualify me for free delivery. Account said that it was due to be delivered 8 - 10. Didn't get any other messages at all but was concerned after reading this thread so emailed and was told that items were currently out of stock but they were getting another delivery in so it might still arrive.
Had an email yesterday stating that the bath fizzers had been despatched and £1.00 had been taken from my account (they had added £1.75 for delivery but had refunded it).
Checked bank account and found that they had taken the full £30 on 3 January!!
Sent a not very happy email to customer services asking about coat again and then had an email back saying that the coat had been deleted from my account as it was now out of stock so I wouldn't be getting it, however, they appreciate my disappointment so have added £25 to my account and have refunded me the £1 for the bath fizzers.
Erm - what about the other £29 you took for an item you never had in stock?? Still waiting for an answer to the question and the money back - will have to keep an eye on my account. Quite worrying that these idiots have access to all your card details!
To add insult to injury, the bath fizzers must have been delivered today but they are too big to go through door so have to go to post office to collect - grrr!!!
Has anybody got any idea where credits show up on your M&S account as I can't find anything online?0
