Definately worth taking your email print out with prices on though I'd say incase they do try to refund you the further reduction price. How silly though not putting the prices on the invoice!
When I took items back the other day it automatically works it out if the assistant scans in the bar code on the invoice. It also works out a discount. I had used a £10 off discount code in the run up to Christmas and it took a proportion of the money off the item I was being refunded for.0 -

I had been trying this number to no avail though have got through fine about 4 times on other days. Sadly had to ring the 0845 number to get through to anyone and have now been told to email fao their finance dept! What a mess!0 -

I placed a £227.00 order and it has STILL not despatched even thought estimated delivery date is 8-10 January.
I emailed them earlier in the week after last years fiasco when I received nothing and received an email back saying delivery will be 8th.
I won't hold my breath.
When will I learn?
I've received 2 small things, but still waiting for lots of stuff. Just checked delivery estimate...22nd Jan... :mad:0 -

Seven days after putting in another order I have finally go the email to say that only one item is in stock and delivery is back up to £3.50. So I'm cancelline whole order. Seems as though everything is now out at stores and nothing left online. Oh well I got a few good bits and pieces.0

I ordered on boxing day and received my order yesterday with everything inside. Took some items back to store and was worried about lack of prices and as descriptions were very vague it was hard to figure out which was which, assistant scanned the barcode on my invoice and my card was refunded no problem.:A Geri:A0

I've just called customer services to find out what is happening to the first order I placed at around 11:35pm on Christmas Eve. Turns out that it is all now out of stock and that I won't be getting any of it, even though the items were still showing as in stock the following morning and a couple were even re-added to the website at a reduced price this week. Yet the 2nd and 3rd orders I placed I have received.
What a farce Marks and Spencer online shopping is. The good news is that my account has been credited with £25 should I be brave enough to order online again :rolleyes:0 -
